Beauty on the Beach is a unique villa, positioned 20 meters from the Mediterranean sea. The villa has been completely renovated to add all the modern options, like air conditioning in every room, a jacuzzi pool on the roof where you can admire a unique panorama of Talamone, Porto Santo Stefano and on clear days all the islands even Corsica and magnificent sunsets. The villa stands on a stretch of 1.2 km of land and beach front, which makes it's beach front practically a private beach. The first 10 meters of water are shallow waters which are perfect for children to play in. The front of villa looks at the sea, the back of the villa is surrounded by a private ancient pine tree forest perfect for children to play in during the hot hours of the day.
The interior of the villa is composed by 5 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, one of the bedrooms if not needed can be used as a tv room with a 55' flat screen tv, with satellite tv and dvd player. The living area is a typical tuscan living room with a 40' hdtv with satellite tv, DVD Player and ipod dock, and a dining area that sits 10 and a fully furnished kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and all the cookware needed for gourmet cooking. By the laundry room there are 2 extra rooms and bathroom for the on property staff.
In addition to the 5 bedrooms there are 3 annexes each with one bedroom and bathroom.
The exterior of the villa provides you with 2 porches, one is an outdoor living room and the second one is an outdoor dining room that sits 14/16 people. Last but absolutely not least there is the beautiful roof top of 300 square meters, composed by a jacuzzi pool, several deck chairs a living area and 2 dining tables all of it looking at the Mediterranean sea. Perfect for enjoying a chilled glass of wine while watching one of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see.

The property is located between the towns of Albinia ( 2km away) and Talamone ( 6km away).

Porto Ercole is only 15 km away, where you can enjoy delightful restaurants and a lovely stroll between boutiques and pubs on the port, and another place to visit is Porto Santo Stefano where you can buy amazing fresh fish.
16 km from the villa there is a beautiful golf resort and spa.

Unique Location on the Beach

The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and uniquely located right on the beach. The sunset views from the roof terrace are just amazing. The region (La Maremma) is full of things to do and discover. On the minus side the wifi is very unreliable and the house's access off the main highway is a bit isolating.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und wirklich direkt am Strand mit einem schönen Einstieg ins Meer. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir einen Koch und alle waren begeistert vom Essen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Pampering on the beach

The spacious, breezy house is set in a spectacular pine woods and has a glorious view from the rooftop terrace across the gulf to the faraway islands. The surf and cicadas and turtle doves provide soothing music, the swimming in warm, safe water is wonderful, and the very best of all are the two staff members: Erico the amazing cook, and Pinder, the house manager, who will pamper you with unobtrusive attention, protect your rest, and feed your body and soul. There are delightful, easy excursions to stunning outings, sailing adventures, historically important sites, though you may want to just kick back and laze away the days, and star gaze the nights away.

Un incanto tra mare e pineta

Una vacanza da sogno in un posto incantato. Il mare a due passi , con una spiaggia selvaggia e semi deserta che si prolunga per chilometri. Una pineta privata dove sembra di passeggiare in una cattedrale calpestando un morbido tappeto di aghi di pino. In mezzo la casa : piacevolmente bella e comoda , con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza con la V maiuscola. Anche il servizio è stato particolarmente curato e cordiale . Insomma un soggiorno assolutamente da raccomandare sia a famiglie con bambini che a gruppi di amici con tanta voglia di relax. Tornerò di sicuro il prossimo anno!

Hello,
I spent all my summers in this villa with my family and friends. I like to think of it like a small piece of heaven on earth. there is all the privacy you need and want but at the same time you are a 15 minute drive from Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano where all the night life happens. To fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the waves is one of the most magical experiences you can live.
I will be the one showing you and greeting you at the villa, and I can be reached whenever you want.

What makes this property unique

You will never view a more beautiful sunset than from our terrace. imagine yourself having a nice cold drink with the sea breeze caressing your hair and watching the sun fall down in the sea... no words can describe this experience. Just like waking up and there is no need to pack your car to go to the beach... the beach is right there!
