Our new renovated 2BD/2BA condo is a Hidden Gem. Located on A1A with private gated beach club access. Enjoy sunsets while lounging by the pool overlooking the Intercoastal.

Convenience will make your stay a dream. The beach is across the street and pool within steps. We have one of the few condos that offers in-condo washer and dryer for your clothes. No need to climb steps or wait on an elevator.

The unit is extremely comfortable with modern beach decor. Plenty of space to enjoy dinner, read a book, play some games, or watch your favorite movie. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths offer privacy.

The Master Bedroom offers its own bathroom and large walk-in closet. Our 2nd bedroom has a bunk set with double on bottom and twin up top.

A fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beach gear helps your vacation be effortless.

Amazing restaurants are within 5 minutes at the Pompano Beach Pier or Lauderdale by The Sea.

All Guests need to be approved by HOA.
Approved Renters will need to pay $150 Renter Application Fee to the HOA.
HOA Approval and $150 Renter Application Fee are required before Check In.
$500 Security Deposit is required and payable to the owner prior to Check In.
Security Deposit will be refunded post check out and inspection of property.
Property Damages will be charged to the Renter and deducted from the Security Deposit.

Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our time in this property. The entire complex is well maintained and the pool area was beautiful. The host communicated well and was helpful. We were comfortable for our longer stay.

Our host were very wonderful and great to communicate with. The amenities were perfect. It’s a quick five minute walk to the beach with plenty of space to set up. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area as well.
