Welcome to our cozy multi-family home with a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, Unit 2, situated on the second floor. With a private entrance and complete privacy, you'll enjoy a comfortable stay in this lovely space. It's your home away from home.

Please note that Unit 2 is a self-contained apartment and not the entire house.

For your comfort and convenience, Unit 2 provides one dedicated garage space, and the second parking option is located on the concrete pad in the rear, guaranteeing the safety and welfare of your vehicle. We kindly ask our guests to make use of the designated parking and avoid using the driveway.

➜ IMPORTANT NOTE: It's crucial to be aware that there's just ONE parking space accessible in the parking garage for each reservation.

Your security and ease of access are important to us, which is why we've equipped the unit with a smart lock for a hassle-free check-in and check-out process.

We understand that your pets are a part of your family, and they are welcome here.

Note: Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs). Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets. If so, there will be a $200 fine per pet.

Proximity: Situated in the heart of Cleveland. We're conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, making it an ideal spot for those with appointments or visits to the hospital.

Games: We've provided three board games – Connect 4, Yahtzee, and Sorry – for some indoor fun with friends and family.

➜ In the living room, you'll find a spacious 65" TV for your enjoyment.

HOUSE RULES

➜ Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

➜ Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

➜ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

➜ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

➜ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.

➜ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

➜ Please avoid moving furniture.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
