Enjoy some of the best views in Moab at On the Green, thoughtfully situated on the edge of the Moab Golf Course. This roomy bi-Level, 2-Bed, 2 Bath townhome will host you and your travel companions in comfort and style. If you spend any time indoors, you’ll find yourself indulging in a home away from home, relaxing in a spacious living area with a full media entertainment center, a cozy fireplace, sunny dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen.

Head home from your adventures to a shower room and laundry facilities with convenient access to a single-car garage. You’ll soon be relaxing with a cool drink on your private patio. While dinner sizzles on the BBQ, feast your eyes on the color contrasts between the red rocks, lush green grass and restful hues of the shady pond at the golf course. Every room offers a different angle from which to view your spectacular surroundings!

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability.

Castillo De Las Rocas Properties have access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

Condo in Moan

Condo was spacious and comfortable. View from patio spectacular. Backs up to golf course and looks out to the tall red rocks. Met our needs to go to Arches Nat’l Pk, Canyonlands Nat’l Pk - Needles, Canyonlands - Island in the Sky & Capitol Reef Nat’l Pk. Very clean! Would stay again!

Hi, we really enjoyed your place. Only two suggestions. It would have been nice to have sugar for our coffee in the morning. You have a k cup coffee maker but no coffee for it. Wehad brought a few so we used ours. But your coffee cups don’t fit under the keurig spout!

Beautiful neighborhood and property. Might want to get handy man, lots of lil projects. Doors hit frames when shut, kitchen sink faucet handle very tight to operate, front door slams hard. usual never ending maintenance. We will come back to this place!

Property has good and bad features.

This property is in a nice neighborhood on the golf course just a few miles south of Moab. It has a nice patio and a 1 car garage. It is probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented. Overall it is sufficient however there were a few things I wasn’t happy with. VRBO has a commercial out making fun of other properties that don’t allow you to check in even 5 minutes early however that is exactly what this property mgmt company does. The day before check-in we were notified that entry prior to 4 pm would result in an early check-in charge of 50. When I sent an email back to them To clarify how early they meant, they simply sent another copy of the check- in rules. Also, while this 2 story townhouse has a lot of square footage most of it is dead loft space on the second floor. The bathrooms are tiny and the kitchen/dining/living area is very cramped and made worse by oversized furniture that isn’t laid out right. Overall it would fill your basic needs but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Great location to explore the Moab, Utah area

My friend and enjoyed staying here to explore the national parks in the area. The location has some great scenery and is very quiet. The house is cozy, with two large rooms and two full-sized bathrooms. The management company made the process very easy and was responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

Anniversary Getaway

Clean and well-maintained. Cozy decor and functional. We were very comfortable here and would like to stay again sometime. The location was quiet, and easy to find, but out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Thank you for allowing us to get away for the weekend.

Beautiful and quiet!

We had a fantastic stay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was great, loved the pool, appreciated the garage. Followed the owners recommendation to hike a trail nearby that was stunning. We loved Moab, Arches, and Canyonland and loved coming home to this condo every night. Extending our stay an additional day was easy and we had great communication with the property manager. Thank you!

Great stay in Moab!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and clean. It was in a quiet part of town and the view was serene. A/C worked great (It was 107 degrees out while we were visiting). Beds were comfy and kitchen was outfitted enough for basic cooking. We did have trouble realizing how the bedroom doors worked, but was our own fault and not a problem at all. We would definitely stay here again, next time we’re in Moab!

We were very happy with the rental. Very close to the National Parks, and a quiet, pleasant place to be when not touring. Beds, couches, dining area all comfortable. And we truly enjoyed the patio looking out at the golf course when the sun was shining.

South Valley Moab

We always try to stay in the south valley area, adjacent to the golf course. The area is quiet, open, and away from the bustle of town. This unit was just great for the two of us, comfortable, quiet, with good access to hiking out the front door, or a short drive away. We’ll-equipped and comfortable.

Great Spot

The condo was great. Cozy, clean and in a quiet location. The upstairs was fairly cold compared to downstairs, so be prepared for that with extra blankets for kids. Some normal items aren't provided, like coffee, tin foil, or plastic wrap, salt and pepper, so be sure to bring those yourself.
