About this property

Simply the best - luxury, comfort, convenience in Rim Village!

Welcome to our vacation home, and your home away from home in Moab.

Our spacious single-level townhome in Rim Village was built in 2006, and was furnished and decorated in fall of 2010, with updates in 2023-24. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it is ready to welcome you and your family or group as you enjoy the Moab area.

We have furnished our townhome with luxury and comfort in mind. The living room has a leather couch and loveseat, plus 2 ottomans, which provide very comfortable seating for all. The gas fireplace will keep you warm during those cold fall and winter days and evenings. A big-screen LCD HD TV with DirecTV, along with a DVD player is available for your entertainment, as is a CD player. We have free secure high speed WI-FI for any of you who bring a computer, and want to stay in touch with the outside world.

The dining area has a large table with plenty of seating. With the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook and eat in if you don’t want to go out to dinner. A gas grill and table and chairs on the walled patio provide the perfect spot for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of the Moab Rim and the surrounding red rock of the Moab Valley.

The master bedroom has a king bed, its own gas fireplace, and a big-screen LCD HD TV with DirecTV, and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has 2 twin beds. Each of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms has its own LCD HD TV with DVD player. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 6 comfortably.

The 2-car garage provides space for your car and any of your vehicle “toys” to be stored securely. There is also off-street parking available.

Our townhome has views in multiple directions. From the windows of the living room, the red rock of the Moab Valley can be seen. From the kitchen, the morning sun on the Moab Rim will help wake you up. The patio provides views to all, plus the La Sal mountain peaks.

The Moab area offers so much – biking, hiking, fishing, white-water rafting, four-wheeling, and Arches and Canyonlands National Parks! This condo is conveniently located to all, and close to town, with its shopping and restaurants. You can even stay here and take day-trips (1-2 hours one-way) to numerous other areas – Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Natural Bridge National Monument, Colorado National Monument, and more. After all this activity, be sure to relax in the Rim Village complex’s hot tub and pool.

Great condo

Great condo….very comfortable, including the beds. We were 2 couples and it was perfect. There are beds enough for 6 and would be ok if 2 or more were kids and didn’t mind sharing a bath. There are nice views from most rooms…was a great location and easy access to all parks and restaurants. Very generous parking…lots of ATVs and trailers in the complex.

Spacious condo, great kitchen with everything you need, at the outskirts of Moab. Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! Just unlucky timing that pool and hot tub couldn't be used becaus of renovation. The owners informed us about it about a week before our stay and gave us a discount. Thanks Bob and Nancy!

We had a lovely first time in Moab. The location was convient to Moab and the state and National Parks in the area. It was so nice to have a home base where we could rest and relax after hiking and cook our own meals. We would definitely book the place again. Wonderful hosts that thought of everything.

This house was perfect for our first time out to Moab. Had plenty of space and all the necessities. Loved having three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen! Loved that it was not in “downtown” Moab and it was away from all the busyness. Close to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place in Moab

Bob & Nancy provided an information sheet that had all the pertinent information about their townhome that we may need. The townhome was as described on VRBO, clean, and comfortable. The townhome had plenty of supplies that one would need when staying. It was in a great location a short distance away from the bustle of Moab. We had a great time staying at Bob & Nancy's townhome after some long days sightseeing. Thank you. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for us. We had 2 trucks with trailers, 2 side by sides & a dirt bike. Plenty of parking with garage, driveway, street parking, & extra spaces provided. The pool was nice. Plenty of lines & clean house. Loved the extra fridge in garage to keep our cases of water cold. Did not see my check in email so I contacted the owners, they responded quickly & were super nice about it. Would recommend & will stay again.

Fabulous location and property

After a long day visiting and hiking in Arches and Canyonlands, we loved having a short drive out of the bustle to a quiet, immaculate neighborhood and property. Everything was perfect. Read the owners directions - Google Maps will not get you there!!! Great location, clean and comfortable. Master bed mattress was the most comfortable I have slept on! Close to parks and far enough away from bustle and noise of downtown Moab.

We used to live in northeast Florida, but moved to southwest Utah in 2018. We love to spend time exploring Utah and the southwestern states. We enjoy the national parks, especially those in Utah. When we're not in Moab, we like to share our vacation home with those who would like to experience Moab and the area in comfort.

Why they chose this property

We 'discovered' Moab and the surrounding area in the spring of 2009, and used to travel from Florida multiple times a year to enjoy all that Utah and surrounding states provide. On our Spring 2010 trip, we decided to purchase a vacation home here, and ultimately moved to southwestern Utah permanently. in 2018. We continue to enjoy time in Moab through the year.

What makes this property unique

We thoroughly enjoy the comfort of the townhome. The views from the living room and kitchen windows, as well as those from the patio, make us realize what a beautiful place we're in. And the sky at night is awe-inspiring. Rim Village is a family-friendly area and is convenient to the town of Moab, and to many wonderful sights in the Four Corners area.
