Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains from your private patio.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Please contact Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals with any questions.

Kokopelli's has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.

Nice little condo with great location and garage. Check in and out is fast online and great to have keypad on the front door. I will come again to this place.

A little love would make this place great
Overall this is a nice condo in a convenient location, but it could be better with a little TLC from the owners. For example, the fridge door rails are barely attached, which we discovered the first time we opened the fridge after stocking it and the items we had placed on the door fell to the ground along with the rail. Fortunately nothing broke but we removed everything from the doors after that. The BBQ grill is racked, it looks as though a piece is missing from the front right leg, so the hood won’t close properly and the grates rattle back and forth. Given the rental price, we expected things to be in better shape. All that said, it’s a nice space and overall worked well for our group. We especially appreciated the garage to store bikes.
