We never figured out how to work the front door keypad entry system. Instead, we just came in through the garage. We liked the condo a lot, and wished we could have stayed there longer.
Nice, clean accommodation, convenient and quiet location.Would recommend a combo filter/pod coffee maker versus the filter only unit.Suggest having upstairs drain system cleaned. Had to plunge the master bathroom toilet and master shower very slow draining.
I’m hesitant to give a glowing review because I want to come back and hope that it isn’t booked, but I have to because it was perfect. We loved being outside the busy downtown area. The setting is gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sun rise and set on the canyon walls. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. We hope to return soon! 💕
It was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make meals. Only recommendation is to bring eye masks, because the morning sun is super bright in all the rooms. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed the night sky from the front patio.
Nice place for access to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The pool was great after hiking all day. And the kids enjoyed the slide/swings. I believe the AC was on programming that left the place a little on the warm side, but did cool down when manually lowered. Coffee filters would have been nice to go with the coffee pot and coffee.
Everything was as pictured. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The complex is slightly out of town, but still close enough to be convenient. We had an issue with the TV and contacted the owner, who was very quick to respond. The cable box needed to be replaced by the cable company which they did within the day. Usually we probably wouldn’t have noticed this (or cared) but we got a late snow and it snowed all day. We come to Moab a couple times per year and I would absolutely rent this same unit again. Thank you!

Tv problems at Desert Rose
The TV modem was broken, finding out on our 3rd day after contacting the owners. After trying several things suggested by owners, it was determined to be the modem box. Owners lived too far away so we either had to wait around for service man or go pick up new box and install ourselves (which we did). Also the information sheet they leave for renters had the Wi-Fi name and password but it had been in magic marker which had faded out. After texting owners our different guesses to the Wi-Fi, they gave us the correct one on third day. Place was nice and convenient but amenities were sparse.
The place was great and close to local attractions. The owners were helpful and easy to work with. The check out procedures are easy and the stay was very comfortable.
Very nice neighborhood. Garage was a nice perk. Clean, comfortable.Would recommend. Great location for National Parks.

Quiet just outside Downtown Moab
It’s a place to sleep after days of hiking. However, we had several issues at the house that the managers did not respond to. Here they are:1) Refrigerator leaked2) Had fire/carbon detector issue that WE had to buy a 9 volt battery to put in the unit by the garage door…seriously 3) While taking a shower there is this high pitched squealing while the water as running 4) No instructions on how to operate the TV (it took us a while to figure it out)5) Tops of the washer & dryer were filthy and makes me wonder the last time they were wiped down (had to clean them before doing our laundry Overall, 2 out of 5 stars because of the lack of attention from the managers and issues mentioned above.
Property looks just like pictures. Everything was clean and well kept. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Right across the street from the pool and hot tub. 15 mins to downtown; 20-25 mins to Arches, 50 mins to Canyonlands. Owner was easy to get ahold of and responsive.
4 of us drove from Colorado to Jeep in Moab. We actually stayed in this unit before. It is well kept and in a nice location. It appears most of the townhomes are rented to people who Jeep, bike, or hike. All 3 bedrooms were nice and everyone slept well. The beds are comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable. The kitchen could use more cooking pots and pans for those of us who would rather cook than eat out. It has a natural gas grill. We would stay here again.
We loved this townhouse in the “quieter” side of Moab…although it was Jeep week and a little more commotion…it was still a really nice spot for our family to jump out for daily adventures around Moab and the National Parks and to be able to come home to this really comfy house after a long day. The night sky right from the deck was also beautiful! If ever back in Utah, we would stay here again!
Property was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. It was great to have a lot of space and be able to park in a garage. The pool and hot tub were both open, so that was a bonus! Thanks for a lovely stay!
The condo was very clean. The entry instructions worked flawlessly. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and glassware. Paper products were provided... paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, and napkins. I was glad that I brought aluminum foil and plastic wrap, as those things weren't provided. There were some spices. Apparently, there was an issue with one of the smoke detectors, because the previous tenants had taken it down...maybe it needed a new 9 volt battery. The TV remote upstairs also needed new batteries, as well, and we couldn't locate any in the cupboards. Not a big deal for us, as we came back each day exhausted from our adventures!
The unit met our needs as three friends gathering to explore Arches and Canyonlands. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels in good supply and the garage was great to have during chilly and rainy spells. We had to disconnect the downstairs smoke detector and put it in the garage closet because it was making loud low battery chirps for 5 days. All bedrooms are up a long and slightly steep set of stairs. The stairs are carpeted and there is a sturdy hand rail.
What a great place to stay! Loved that it was roughly 5 minutes out of town in a quiet area with great views of the cliffs to the west. It’s was a very relaxing place to come home to after long mt bike rides. The Place is clean, has comfortable beds, and furniture. You can see the pool and hot tub from front room window and they are only a 2 minute walk away.
