Guest smoked inside the house and left this review because he also left evidence of smoking. He also used the closet shelf as an ashtray, and was extremely disrespectful. When confronted about the smoking he threatened to violently harm me and my brother. He claims that I racially profiled him because he’s a “young black male with dreads” but doesn’t know that I’m also a “young black male with dreads” do not rent to this guy, he will disrespect your property and threaten to harm you if you speak up for yourself.
