OCEAN VIEW - Located on the 7th floor of Laketown Wharf in Panama City Beach, this NEWLY RENOVATED 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo spans 1,681 square feet and offers breathtaking ocean views, ample space inside and outside, and plenty of family-friendly features. The primary bedroom boasts an ocean view, direct balcony access and ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanity.

Perfect for larger groups, the condo accommodates up to 10 guests and includes a convenient bunk area and sleeper sofa. Families will appreciate the added amenities, including a pack and play, highchair, and a wagon for beach trips. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use, adding to the comfort and convenience of your stay.

Located just steps from the beach, enjoy access to amazing amenities, including 5 pools, a fitness center (closed for repairs), and multiple onsite restaurants. Don`t miss out on this incredible condo in one of Panama City Beach`s most sought-after resorts!

- There is a $120 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband.

- A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.

Condo is beautiful

The condo is very spacious, clean and had an amazing view from the large balcony. We enjoyed the condo and was perfect for our group of 6 to have space cooking and relaxing.

The room was clean and spacious and ready prior to my family's arrival! I really loved the beach toys and the pulling cart that made it easy to transport our beach items to and from the beach! The laundry baskets were definitely a plus for the kiddos and easy for me to get everything washed and cleaned prior to our departure! Check-in was a breeze! The view of the beach was amazing! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The condo was very clean. The kitchen needs a larger frying pan to accommodate 8 to 10 people. The master bathroom tub faucet needs work. We could not use it because the faucet was too hard to turn on. The elevators are the worst part of the place. They take too long and you eventually have to take stairs.

Note, the elevators are property of Laketown Wharf and under their control. We do understand the frustration, as the resort is one of the largest, busiest and most popular at the beach.
