The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return wristbands to rack behind the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$120 resort fee due 72 hrs. before check-in, paid directly to resort (not VRBO). Includes 2 parking passes and RFID wristbands for each guest 12+.
Wristbands must be worn at all times while on property, to access amenities, and to enter resort. There is a $25 fee for each lost wristband.

Our stay at the condo was great. We never visited the pool or gym so can’t speak on that but the unit itself was clean and updated as shown in pics. It’s centrally located to shops, the beach, local gyms, restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was never an issue in the garage even during spring break however the elevators were often busy as to be expected. Our host was extremely responsive to any questions I had and also proactively offered tips and suggestions. I would recommend and stay again.

Panama City Beach has always held a special place in my heart. Growing up, it was a spot my family visited often — and it was always my parents' favorite place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast. When the opportunity came to buy this condo, I was fortunate enough to do so with my inheritance, making it even more meaningful. It’s a place where memories are made, and I’m excited to share it with others so they can create their own special moments here.

With your own private entrance to the beach just less than 100 steps away, you can easily enjoy the sand and surf. And for convenience, Walmart is right across the street — you won’t even have to leave the area for groceries or essentials. Whether you're soaking in the views or taking a dip, this place is all about making your stay comfortable and unforgettable.
