The Neighborhood:
Our home is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Enjoy the peacefulness of our community and remember that quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise monitoring devices and security systems installed to ensure our own compliance with local laws and ordinances. We appreciate you doing your piece to help us keep the peace within our community!
Getting Around:
There's space for parking in our driveway and on the street. Rideshare services are also readily available. Chauffeur services are available with appropriate advance notice.
Other Things to Note:
The back unit has no AC. There are two ceiling fan units to circulate air. The air remains cold, though.
While you’re here, take advantage of our refreshing outdoor pool, ideal for a cooling dip. Please note that the pool is not heated, making it perfect for a brisk and invigorating swim.
