The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
🔒 Doors: Please close all window blinds. Make sure all doors are locked and securely closed. 🚪🔑
🍽️ Dishes: Rinse, clean, and place all dishes inside the dishwasher. Once loaded, please select: Auto > Heavy > Start.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Trash cans are located on the west side of the home. All trash must be thrown away before checkout on the Grey Trash Bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool and Jacuzzi Heating Service $150 per day. Jacuzzi Only $100 per day. 24 hrs notice is required.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with prior approval. Pet fee of $25 per night. Guests are responsible for cleaning both indoors and outdoor.
San Diego strict noise ordinances. Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am by city law. Loud music, shouting or disruptive noises may result in fines or eviction.

Beautiful view!

The house and property is so beautiful. Host was wonderful and always available if I had any questions. The view was lovely, and pool was so much fun. The backyard was so peaceful I even sat outside looking and the lake and listening to the birds chirping my last morning. My whole group enjoyed the property and flow of the house. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.
