Welcome to Sweet Magnolia Terrace. This newly renovated duplex, built in the 1930s, has been updated with all of today's modern comforts while still preserving the charm and architectural detail. You will have gated parking and a precious, shared fenced in front yard. You will be mere minutes from Birmingham Souther, Birmingham International Raceway, and Railroad Park.
