Newly Updated 2 Bedroom Beach Cottage Just a short walk to the beach
Enjoy your beach get away in our updated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage in the Guest Cottage community in the popular Shore Drive area. There are 3 pools in very close walking distance and just a short walk to the beach access right beside the famous Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar. You are also just a short drive away to many restaurants, bars, and all the shopping you could want without having to get back out on Hwy17.
There is a gas grill, an outside shower for rinsing chairs, feet and beach toys. You will also find 4 beach chairs and a beach cart in the storage area for your convenience. This is a single unit dwelling with parking under the house for 2 vehicles. This is a smoke free/vape free home. There are TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living area. Wi-Fi is also included. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances. No house parties and you must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property .
