2030 Bramblwood Ln, COS 80920 · HOT TUB - Colorado living at it's finest!

Experience Colorado's living at it's finest while staying in this beautiful home with lots of room for fun & relaxation. Situated in the Pinecreek neighborhood. Close to Garden of the Gods, Ghost Town Museum, Cave of the Winds Mountain Park and Cheyenne Mtn Zoo just to name a few. After a day of exploring, enjoy a night of foosball and games or just relaxing in the hot tub. The little ones can enjoy the play equipment/area in the fenced in back yard.

3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs in basement/game area.

Guests will have access to all areas EXCEPT the garage.

The property management company will assist if needed.

*Piano use will be limited to professional reservation ONLY! If you do know how to play and would like to, please request it when you inquire/book so we can give further instructions.

*Fireplace is not useable.

*BBQ is available but MUST be cleaned before checking out in order to not be charged for extra cleaning.

*Hot Tub - no glass containers/bottles in or around hot tub.

*We ask that you respect our home. Should there be any damages, please report to the Property Management Company right away.

*We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
There are a few amenities that are not available for use during your stay with us.
1. Piano - Will be locked at all times. May be available only by Professional reservation only.
2. Fireplace - not to be used.
3. Fire pit - not to be used due to Colorado fire bans. We have extreme winds which cause fire pits to be a hazard.
4. Garage - not available at this time. You may park 2-3 vehicles in the driveway and on the street. We do ask please do not block the mailbox or other's driveways.

Great stay!
We had a great stay. Home was very spacious, and well equipped with everything you may need! It’s also near a lot of stores and restaurants. Communication with the host was great. Home could use a quick dusting around the blinds, but other than that, cleaning was also spot on. Thanks for the great stay, we will be coming back each time we are in Colorado Springs!
