Check-in was very easy.. We loved the house. The kitchen was very functional and the back yard fire pit area was great. The only thing that could have made it better would be central air.

Perfect place for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also great areas for us all to hang out. Had a small issue with gas being turned off by the gas company (not at all the fault of the property manager), but the property manager got it straightened out in no time with no disruptions for us. Great location and easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. Plenty of parking. Overall, a great place and would definitely recommend and stay in again.

Family visit

The house has amazing views, mule deer in the backyard everyday. It is in a great location, convenient to lots of sightseeing and shopping. The home is older and a few things were worn, but very clean and LOTS of space for extended family

Beautiful house and great amenities

This house was perfect for our girls weekend in Colorado Springs. The home was fully stocked with all of the amenities. It is beautiful a home with a great backyard space. We loved having a pool table and games available. It’s close to the new venue for the concert we were attending as well.

A lovely house on a hill, in a quiet court, with a view of the Cadet areas and mountain range, from the front porch. The gas fire pit and seating in the back patio was a delightful place for the family to gather in the evening.

Incredible property, wonderful hosts

Our experience at this property was nothing less than outstanding. The hosts were extremely accommodating when we requested to host a small event at the home after our venue cancelled on us. They even allowed us to change our trip dates and extend our stay. The whole process of booking, altering the booking, checking in, and out we’re completely seamless. Amazing, clean home and wonderful hosts. Will absolutely stay again during our next trip to Colorado Springs!!

Good not Great!

The overall accommodations were satisfactory. The house and location were good. However, the cleanliness and attention to detail needs some work. Every item you could think of was near empty, the detergent, the dish washing liquid, paper towels, etc. I had to make a run to the store to purchase some basic items. There was hair from the last stay throughout the master bedroom, and the trash was so full I had two leave two bags in the house. Food was left in the refrigerator from the last guest. For the price paid I expected better. I’ve had better and paid a lot less. But on a good note, the owner left two new heaters for use. We use them and they worked great. That was a kind gesture they didn’t have to do.

The house was just what we needed for our family of twelve to stay for a week. Everything was just as listed. We even enjoyed wild life right ouside the back door, a family of deer, various birds and even a bear! The views were beautiful.

We had an absolute perfect stay with our adult family for our daughter’s wedding in nearby Black Rock. We had everything we needed, with the perfect amount of space for relaxing , bonding and even cooking big family meals. Felt like home away from home.

Lovely backyard retreat

The house was in a perfect location for us to visit our son at USAFA, easy access to the North gate and beautiful views. The backyard fire pit and pool table were the hits of our stay.

Family fits!

We were in the Springs for a family reunion. Family from all over the country. This house was perfect to fit 11 of us comfortably!! It was a great layout for all of us to hang out and not feel crowded. The backyard is ideal for visiting ❤️

Beautiful Home!!

This house is very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and would often see deer as we drove in and out. Conveniently located to the Air Force Academy an easy 25 minute ride into Manitou Springs. The beds were comfortable. The Queen bed room down stairs has the window covered which does not allow light in which could be problematic for someone who is claustrophobic this could be a problem. The out door space is super and the views of Pikes Peak from the living area are beautiful. I would highly recommend this property .
