Great location

Close to the beach, great pool, gas grills. A quick bike ride to dining, the lighthouse and the Sanibel Thriller!

Wonderful time as usual at Sanibel Moorings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except for one thing. The air conditioning unit was very loud when it turned on and off. Made it hard to get a good nights rest. Other than that all was good. They are coming back at their own pace and things are moving forward. Will be returning in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the greatest week staying in 412. The location was perfect. We had a gulf view and a short walk to the beach. We were also close to the pool and grills. The unit was clean and worked perfect for our family of 4.

Never got the dvd player working or the master bedroom alarm clock. Very nice new carpeting, beds were very comfortable. Very clean bur could use a coat of paint

I wish the beach chairs would have been wiped down at night or in the morning, but it was so nice to have them accessible.
