About this property

A beautiful gulf view unit, done in soothing cream, green & yellow colors. The furnishings are beach cottagesque with a King bed in the master bedroom and a twin and a queen in the guest. There is also a sleeper sofa in the ample sized Living Room. The unit features 2 TVs, a DVD player & a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with white, raised panel cabinets, new white appliances and solid surface tops with bar stools at the counter. The bright colored patio furniture is comfortable and a close view to the beach. This is a "pet friendly" property and the owner will allow you to bring your family dog for an additional fee (weight limitations please check with Island Vacations). PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW CATS. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, ON PATIOS OR ANY COMMON AREAS OF PROPERTY.
