Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sanibel Moorings and finally being able to return was amazing! Always clean and the grounds are immaculate. They are working so hard to restore the pre-Ian lovliness!

I think the fees were pricy for the services we received and the
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was a nice room but not cleaned real well. The dirt on top of bed frames and around the unit were less than desirable for the price we paid. Then we were charged for amenities ( no maid service and we had to go get our own clean towels and pay to park there as well!! Golfing on the island was not desirable and the availability to get tee times was hindered by you not having any affiliation with courses. Very dark at night in parking lot and access to our building
