The Sunset Sanctuary by Coastal Concierge

Relax at this beautiful Condo located at Sea Trail.

Enjoy our spacious walk-up third-floor unit minutes away from Sunset & Ocean Isle Beach, world-class golf courses, pools, fishing, restaurants, bike/hiking trails, and local shops.

We offer two bedrooms with a sofa bed, bunk beds, and two full bathrooms with an in-unit washer and dryer.

Sea Trail offers a pass (additional $200 refundable deposit) for using pools/hot tubs, grills, and other resort amenities.

Your getaway awaits!

Coastal Concierges` Sunset Sanctuary offers free parking on the premises/bike rack for your outdoor adventurers as well as a Coleman cooler for the beach.

Fur babies are welcome, food/water bowls are provided! Please don`t forget to pack any additional items to make your fur baby feel at home.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand-new linens/towels, a 55-inch smart TV as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Board games can be found in the living area to make rainy days less gloomy!

Sea Trail offers a pass (additional $200 refundable deposit) for the use of pools, hot tubs, grills, and other resort amenities. Must be requested 7 days before arrival for approval.

For any reservations, golf-cart rentals, and amenity excursion bookings, please contact our host for the best in the area, or for an additional fee, can create a custom itinerary for you and your guests!

Guests will be able to access the entire space via Smart Lock!

Location was ideal for our 1/2 marathon. Unit is a little dated, Wi-Fi was nearly non existent which made watching TV not enjoyable. Kitchen needs measuring cups, none found making it interesting to have oatmeal for breakfast. Haha

Half Marathon Stay

Although our stay was short. We enjoyed the property. My friend and I were able to run around the neighborhood the night before the race and we enjoyed the proximity of the golf course. We made pasta and the house has all the cooking equipment we needed. It was very cleanly. We loved it.
