Enjoy our casita located on two acres on a private lane just North of Chocolate Gulch with trail access right outside the back door. The perfect location for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts alike. Whether you enjoy hiking, biking, fly fishing, nordic skiing, snow shoeing, down hill skiing, this location is ideal for exploring the great outdoors.
We are 1 of just 9 lots on a private lane, the home sits on 2 acres that boarder USFS property with multiple trail access right outside the back door. There are views from every angle of the home. We are a 10 minute drive to Ketchum and Sun Valley Resort and 20 minute drive to Galena Lodge. The famous Harriman trail is less than a mile from our home with world class Gravel Biking and Nordic Skiing.
Our property and home have been used in photo shoots for Anthropolgie, Eddie Bauer and was featured in Luxury Homes Living magazine.

We are an active family that splits their time between Napa Valley and Ketchum. We have a main house and two guests units an Apartment and a Casita that we built for our adult children who come to visit us often with their families.
