Quiet area 25 minutes east of Kingman town. Located 6 minute drive on a dirt road with no 4 wheel drive required. Close to mohave mountain ranges to go hiking. Beautiful view of the Peacock and Hualapai mountains. Lounge by the Firepit or gather at the outdoor dining space. Escape the busy city and come be immersed in nature.

Arizona local since I was a child. I enjoy nature, I love to travel and experience Kayaking, quad riding, hiking, snorkelling and fishing. As far as my hobbies I love tending to my farm animals, cooking and making products. I became a homesteader in 2021. I have always been a chef and foodie. I am all about sustainable living and farm to table practices. I am an axecutive chef for an Italian Steakhouse. I also setup at farmers markets and offer an array of all natural items i have hand crafted along with bringing local produce to the public.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it was in an agricultural zone. I knew my intention was to homestead my 10 acres and be apart of a rancher's community. Where neighbors look out for one another but also give eachother space. I didn't want to be too close or too far from a town. The views are absolutely stunning and the weather is great year round because of the higher elevation. The grow zone is 7ab8ab9ab meaning i can grow a large variety of produce. I could go on and on
