Directly across the street from Sandy Pond which leads to Lake Ontario. Our 4 season cabin is in the heart of the salmon, ice fishing, and snowmobiling capital of New York. We are a boaters paradise in the summer with the boat launch across the street and our privately owned dock to keep your boat. Sandy Pond State Park is minutes away with beautiful sand beaches. At the end of the day, cook a home cooked meal in our cook's kitchen which is fully appointed & includes a coffee bar and relax in hot tub

No unregistered guests. Only the specified guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless permission has been granted. No overnight guests.
No smoking of any kind in the house.
No illegal substances. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property.
No parties or events
No loud music or noises that could disturb the neighbors.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Let us know right away if you break or damage something so that we can make arrangements for its replacement. There will be a charge for any missing or damaged items. We do have ring cameras at the entrance but they don’t record or have sound.

We don't have a long checkout list for when you leave but please ask that you pick up after yourself. $500 pre authorization will be run for damages when booking through this site
