Beach House - Puerto Escondido´s Gated Community

A S K F O R F L E X I B L E R A T E S - This is a very comfortable Mexican beach house located in a gated community just 20 minutes from downtown Puerto Escondido. Calm and privacy combined with a natural environment are the main features of it. A two minutes walk across the road from the house will take you to a beautiful beach used exclusively by residents and very few visitors. Stunning sunsets describe it the best.

The space
The first thing you see when enter is a spacious living room and a full bathroom. There are two separate air conditioned bedrooms. The first one includes a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second one has a queen size bed and an individual sofa. This allows up to five people to sleep comfortably. The sound of ocean waves provides a tranquil, soothing background for a relaxing and sound sleep.

The spacious palapa upstairs includes a full kitchen, bathroom, living/dining/family entertainment area and a pool for relaxing any time of the day. Ocean and mountain views abound from all locations on the property. The grounds are fully landscaped with many trees, shrubs, and a lawn area. Also, the surrounding areas have many protected native plants and animals that may be seen and photographed.

Guest access
The whole house is set for the enjoyment of the guest, except for the storage room or “bodega”.
Other things to note
Maid service is provided three days a week. Additional maid service and/or a cook can be provided for an additional fee. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
