The Space:

The corner unit in a small building of six condos set into the cliffs above the Pacific, so you get ocean views from every room plus extra light and privacy.



Inside are two bedrooms with queen beds, a large kitchen built for people who like to cook, and open living and dining areas. There is a free washer and dryer combo in the unit.



The six condos share a pool and a large grassy backyard, while the rooftop terrace, which has what we think is the best sunset view in Puerto Escondido, is shared with only one other home.



One covered parking space is included.



Guest Access:

You have the entire condo plus full access to the shared pool, backyard, and rooftop terrace.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into the quiet end of Carrizalillo, right next to a popular local sunset-watching spot.



It is residential and peaceful but only a 10-minute walk to La Rinconada's restaurants, cafes, and shops, and a short walk to Playa Carrizalillo.



Getting Around:

Walking and taxis are easiest. One free covered parking space is included if you rent a scooter or a car.



Other Things to Note:

This is a residential community, so we keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.



No smoking anywhere on the property, and the shared pool is for registered guests only.



Please note there is a cliff directly in front of the yard. Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times when outdoors.



All guests sign a short rental agreement before arrival; a secure link is sent ahead of your stay.
