This beautiful Villa is located in a quite Cape Coral neighborhood. The lot is located right on the the water where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the canal. The lanai has a lovely pool and a spacious dinner area inside a cozy Florida room.

The Villa offers in total three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a walk in closet. The master bathroom has a shower and double sinks. The second master bedroom also has a King sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom.

​​​​​​​To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

The Villa offers free Internet connection and WiFi if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The living room has lots of space for entertaining a large family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The boat in the pictures is nor for rent.
