Host was great and the home was clean and welcoming. We loved the air stream in the backyard and enjoyed the home in general. Would definitely go there again.

Good Stay Overall

House was large, with seven bedrooms. Missing a few kitchen items like a can opener, pasta strainer, etc. Had a few broken/damaged furniture pieces. Pool area was great. Was unaware one of the bedrooms was a den with clear glass doors. Overall worked well for our group stay.

Great location for Coachella and DIHP

Great Stay for Equestrians, but Be Aware of Neighborhood NoiseOverall, we had an enjoyable stay. The Polo house was very convenient for our equestrian group, and the home itself was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the dual washer/dryer setup was a huge plus! The backyard and pool area were fantastic, providing a great space to relax. Our hosts were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.However, the neighborhood is very much a party area, and without HOA ordinances, noise was an issue despite the city’s noise regulations. If you’re looking for a quieter stay, this may be something to consider.Additionally, the 7th bedroom isn’t really functional—it’s located near the front door with glass doors, offering little privacy. The other downstairs bedroom and bathroom were also quite small. We also had some challenges with the A/C, but the hosts were aware and planned to have it addressed.Overall, a great spot for small groups, but keep in mind the potential for noise and some quirks in the layout.
