Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Loved the ability to control the spa from our phone. House was great for our group of 7 golfers and all of the rooms having king beds was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee pods were a bonus to all of our coffee drinkers. Thanks

Fantastic House for Large Groups

Our family group of 18 enjoyed a birthday celebration at this spacious house with 7 bedrooms (all king beds!), well-equipped kitchen, comfortable outdoor seating next to the spa/pool, and a ping pong table & even a putting green. We also enjoyed visiting the Living Desert (in Palm Desert) and hiking in Slot Canyon (in Mecca).

Everything is brand new and so nice. Outdoor area has multiple areas of fun…ping pong table, hot tub, large screen tv and more! We would love to come back next year same time!

I Was Awed!

The house was amazing and great for us getting together. The backyard was awesome!! There was plenty of room and we never felt crowded. I would have given this property a 10 but I'll give it a 9 because I would have liked to have use of a vacuum and mop, etc. while I was there. All in all we were so awed by the house that it made up for any little minuses.

Amazing house and pool!

This house has it all! 7 comfortable bed and bedrooms, gorgeous kitchen, tv's all throughout. There was not an outdoor table and chairs as in the picture. Management brought a large folding table. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space is incredible! Would not recommend for small children as there are seperations in the pool concrete that someone can slip in between. Some of the remotes to the tv's didn't work and the hot tub steps are confusing as they do not go straight down, but rather to the side. Oops, some of us fell in. Overall, gorgeous space, entertainers dream and lots of games to play with!

Lovely decorated home

We came for Coachella, house is 2.6 miles from Polo field which worked great. We were impressed with every detail. Games outside were fun as was the great pool and spa. We never figured out the music outside but we didn't really need to because our visit was much too short with Coachella being the focus of our visit. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Huge music album selection which was very cool. And decor is outstanding. ( I want to find a dining/kitchen table and chairs just like this house). We would love to stay again, maybe not when attending Coachella so that we can enjoy the house and all of the activities more. We couldn't have made a better choice. To the owners - Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Family weekend celebrating birthdays.

The home was great - newer home that is bright. Backyard was great w pool, lounge area and bbq. Only “issues” we encountered were when we first arrived. we found clothing left in two drawers of the master bedroom - socks, shorts, shirts and underwear. Bra and panties left in drawer of bedroom near laundry room. Fake eye lashes in bed of bedroom in hall. Wondering if cleaning folks check for items like we found or someone was living in this home prior to our arrival. I stayed in bedroom at top of stairs and my pillow smelled of heavy cologne. We had issues with the door code but got help by calling property manager.

Amazing property!! Will defiantly book again

Every part of the booking process was 5*. Communication was excellent from the beginning. The property is spectacular. The inside is in pristine condition and well stocked. Rooms are large and comfortable and the double washer and dryer a bonus! The show stopper is the backyard. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool and hot tub are perfect and super easy to use with the ipad provided. Loungers are large, comfortable and perfectly placed. The Tv, firepit, golf pingpong, and cornhole, we ran out of time to play with it all! House is located in a very small residential safe area. A car is a must as everything is a drive. Some reviews complained about the busy street but it really didn't bother us. We had one small issue the first day but I sent a text and it was dealt with immediately. We will definitely go back to Palm Springs and this home specifically!

Beautiful yard and home but communication was tough

We stayed here for a few nights during the winter and the home was good. Nice conveniences like chargers in rooms and tv in each room. Yard was nice and pool was also great. Good for entertaining. However when we got there the heater was broken. We informed the manager and they didn’t send someone out till next day. The heating guy fixed the heater the next day but it stopped working an hour after he left. We contacted the manager but again no one was sent out until the next afternoon. The heat guy wasn’t able to fix the heater. This was annoying because not only was it cold during the day when coming out of the pool but nights were super cold with no extra blankets. We actually went out to buy some space heaters. And we had a mechanic in our space 2x for a few hours. We reached out to the manager after our stay to compensate us for the inconvenience but no response.

Amazing getaway

The property was perfect! Plenty of room for the 6 couples. The outdoor space is amazing. We didn’t even leave the property all weekend. Chef Dean & crew were such a great way to wrap up the weekend. Kitchen was well stocked & had everything we needed. The outdoor heaters came in handy, but we did run out of propane after the first night. Would highly recommend this property & hope to come back in the future.

Getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The photos show exactly what the house actually looks like. The house was beautifully decorated with high end quality, the beds were extremely comfortable, everything was so clean when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is plenty of room for multiple couples or a couple families. The outdoor living was amazing and no one wanted to leave the backyard! I would be hesitant to book this property if we had children come with us on vacation . There is a certain part of the pool that has “floating” steps and between them is water. I would be nervous with children stepping into the middle of two areas and hurting themselves. This only bothered some people in our group but the backyard is backed up against a pretty busy road. Sometimes it was quiet but a lot of the time you could hear the car traffic. This isn’t a deal breaker to me considering how beautiful, clean and amazing this property is.
