We were three families meeting over the weekend, this is a great property with lots of room and bedrooms spread over tow levels. Very clean, and the kitchen was spacious and nicely equipped! Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning!
We had our adult children and spouses with us as well as teen son. We had enough space to spread out as well as good space to be together for family game time and meals around a good size table. The view was gorgeous and it was close to good hiking places with nice sidewalks to use. Nice proximity for the mountains we skied.Kitchen was well stocked as we made many of our own meals. Garage was nice to put vehicle into, heated as well.

Our annual family ski trip
We arrived to find the driveway completely covered with 3 inches of ice. The property manager told me cleaning the driveway was the HOA responsibility. So for 1 hour i chopped ice and shoveled snow just to get the car in the garage. The master bedroom blind was damaged resulting in a clear view into the bedroom which afforded NO privacy. The downstairs fireplace didn't work and shower was damaged. In total there was about 8-10 items that needed to be addressed. A maintenance man came on our third day and stated he couldn't fix the master bedroom blind but promised to return and repair the shower and other items. He never returned. The floor was dirty and needed mopping (which we did). Its obvious this is a rental property. The morning we left, it had snowed 4 inches. A contractor was doing snow removal on the neighbors homes so I approached him an asked if he planned to plow our home's driveway. I was informed this home did not arrange for snow removal. No problem I thought, there is a snow blower in the garage; except it didnt work. I believe you get the point. The home could definately use a welcome book with basic need to know stuff. For example, how to use things and some contact phone numbers. The homes has an excellent location -30 mins to many ski resorts, restaurants, and attractions. All the appliances worked although the oven's digital light was barely readable making baking a challenge. This house has enormous potential.
