"This is my family's 5th trip to Saida condos and each time we stay in a new unit, in a new tower to see what we prefer. Out of all our visits, unit 403 is our new favorite. Building is closer to beach, so walk is closer, larger balcony and fantastic view! This unit has an updated kitchen with granite counter-tops and wood-look tile throughout. Both bedrooms were well furnished (this unit has a safari theme) and all mattresses were super comfy! We've stayed in some units with uncomfortable mattresses and that can make or break your stay after a couple rough nights. We've decided unit 403 is our new home away from home when in South Padre Island."

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
