Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the 1st floor facing the beach. Newly remodeled in 2023 with all new upgraded appliances/features, and updated furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private patio. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping.

Safety to our guests:
*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors, which record video and audio, for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

This condo is 790 sq. ft. and can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably with two queen size beds in the main bedroom, and two twin beds in the bunk room.

The owners also have three other condos at the Tiki condominium complex that have surf and beach views, unit 220 (listing # 4436961); unit 226 (listing # 3938030); unit 326 (listing # 7854908). This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island STR Permit # 2024-0168.

Great Place!

We stayed at the Tiki and joined our friends on the beach! The location was excellent and the condo was perfect for our family (with pets)! We would highly recommend this property.

Family get away

We love this condo. It’s our second time staying in this condo host is great you really couldn’t ask for anything more we’ve been staying at the Tiki resort now for eight years every summer we do a family trip to South Padre in the future. This condo is going to be our thought out condo if available.

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful interior. Comfy beds in a cool temp bedroom with a ceiling fan. Great T.V. Nice bunk bed nook where my teenage son would hide away for the night. Great kitchen setup and appliances. Great bathroom with good showerhead pressure. Great location on the beach with nightlife, but noise was not an issue. The fireworks show from the pier on both Friday and Saturday, which can be seen from the condo, was excellent! We got up close to them by standing on the beach. That was the first time we were that close to fireworks overhead and it was exhilarating! The porch facing the beach was convenient and it was a short walk to the water compared to most condos where you have to walk a good distance. We could see our teenage sons in the water easily from inside the condo. First floor is the way to go. There is also a lifeguard station nearby. There was security that patroled the grounds. We will definitely stay here again.

Great communication with owners!! Beach access was right off the patio. Located right by sea turtle inc, the giant sand castles, restaurants and souvenir shops. My daughter has already asked if we can make this a yearly trip!

Loved our stay. The gulf is easily viewed from the living and bedroom areas. Very clean. If you have a dog, the dog walk area is just around the corner from the unit.

I love it so much I would stay forever!!

Tiki 130 is truly a slice of Heaven on earth. My husband and I have enjoyed every minute. The condo is very comfortable with all the comforts of home and vacation rolled into one. You really never have to leave the patio cause you already feel like your sitting on the beach.

Exactly as pictured! No kidding!

We stayed for a week in October and had a wonderful time. Literally steps to the beach, and just two doors away from Clayton’s as well as the restaurant and deck attached to the La Quinta, we had choices of outdoor bars and restaurants, which in October are very calm. Besides the beach, and close places to eat and drink, the condo and condo grounds were spotless, and the pool was wonderful. We couldn’t have had a better trip.

Perfect For Us!

The property owners were great at responding to questions and communicating necessary information. Everything at the unit was clean pleasing and comfortable. I am especially in love with the location! It was perfect! i enjoyed watching the sunrise, fireworks and my family play at the beach right from the porch! It was sooo worth it and will definitely request that unit on our next visit!

IThe Condo was very well maintained and clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was just as advertized, well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, patio door leads right out to the beach, just a few steps away. Bill was very helpful with everything and aswered my questions, responce time was excellent. I would highly recommed this condo. The only bad thing I have to say is that the weather didn't cooperate, it was cold and windy most of our stay. Will stay here again next time we decide to come to SPI.

Very nice, except for bunk room/office

Lovely condo, right on the beach, updated and nicely furnished. Being on the ground floor there was a lot of foot traffic, so no privacy on the patio. We did miss a place to store food (no pantry) and don't think it's safe to let people sleep in the bunk room as there is no emergency exit: what looks like a window in the picture is actually a mirror.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo was super clean and the bed was super comfortable. That is all I ask for, but, in addition, the kitchen was fully stocked. Just be aware the coffee maker is a Keurig, not drip, so take the pods. The patio looks directly onto the gulf. Great place to watch the fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights. I would return to this place anytime I am lucky enough to be in SPI. It is basically just across the street from the Birding Center and the Sea Turtle Rescue. We went to Hooked on Seafood Market one day and cooked lunch in the condo. The fresh shrimp was wonderful!

Exactly what we wanted.

My husband and I stayed four nights in this condo in January, 2017. It was perfectly suited for our needs. It is a first floor condo situated directly on the beach front. We were only steps from the ocean. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon and, with the curtains open, we could see the white caps glowing. The condo is very clean and well stocked with kitchen paraphernalia. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of counter space so I could set out necessary items during our stay. I do repeat another reviewers comment that if you want to sit on beach, take lawn chairs. There is a beach umbrella but in January we didn't need this. I really have nothing that I would change. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly return the next time we are on SPI.

Good stay overall.

Location is perfect and condo had everything we needed. Parking was hit or miss, I regularly saw non Tiki vehicles parked. Our only complaint was someone sprayed black WD in the key hole. When we used the key it came out all black and greasy. My wife did not notice and it stained her purse. The second key did not work. I messaged Bill and there was no response. I was not expecting to be reimbursed for a new purse but at least a sorry would have been nice. Instead I got radio silence and no response. Very disappointing.

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Barb and I have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends!

Why they chose this property

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We hope everyone who stays in our condo, whether for a few days or months, will leave with the same love for South Padre Island as we have.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we choose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
