Condo is not suited for infants or small children under 12 yrs. The Master Bedroom has an adjustable queen size bed with premium comfortable mattress. The guest bedroom has 2 oversized twin beds comfortable for adults. This condo offers an unusually large walk-in closets with ample closet space for longer term stays. The living room has comfortable seating, fireplace, and brand new 55 Smart TV with premium cable channels. The patio off the living room and kitchen are adjoined and make for additional outdoor living space with comfortable seating, Grill and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All the amenities you need to have a fun and comfortable vacation. This location allows easy access to all Southern California Destinations :Laguna Beach, Newport Beach , San Clemente and more!This location is about 1.5 miles to the beach and features a great walking path that winds along the Waldorf Astoria Golf Course under Pacific Coast Highway and ends at the Ritz Carlton. Major nearby hotels include: Waldorf Astoria Resort (walking distance), Ritz Carlton, Montage in Laguna Beach (about 5 miles north) and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Looking for a great beach vacation? Loved it

This property was excellent for my wife and I and two kids. Its close to the pool and close to amenities down the road. It is in great shape and its within a quiet neighbourhood. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We loved it and hope to come back again.

Love this house!

We returned to Cherie's home again this year. It's just so comfortable and well-equipped. The bathrooms were all renovated since last year- and were so tastefully decorated. Also the Clubhouse was open this year, so our teens played some table tennis there. A great holiday home!

A Great Property!

We loved this property. A lot of care, thought and consideration has gone into making everybody welcome. Cherie has thought of everything. There was a little problem with the TV and Cherie had a handyman around within an hour to sort it out. The property is situated in a gated community (with extremely friendly guards), near the beaches and restaurants of Dana Point. We loved it there!

My children and I arrived at the front gate to an attendant that was beyond rude and angry. Especially when he knew which property we were staying at, as well as who the owner was. Eventually we were let in after contacting the owner. Every interaction with him the next 4 times we came and went were very unpleasant. My children saw him call me vulgar names as we drove away. Anyways... when we entered the condo it had a strong mildew odor and smell of cat pee. The place was extremely cluttered and had no space in any of the kitchen cabinets for dry goods or any of our kitchen things. The environment was very closed in, dark, and unwelcoming. We checked out the pool and spa and found that the jacuzzi was full of sand and was milky and slightly green. The environment is not inviting or maintained well. We left for dinner and looked for a hotel reservation elsewhere for my family. No one wanted to stay in the mold smelling condo. Fortunately we found a hotel. After repacking our items, we left the property. I texted the owner that evening about our experience. She stated she had left just prior to our arrival and the place was fine. If you have any allergies or sensitivity to smells, I would not recommend staying here. We went to a friends place in the same complex and it was clean and great. The pictures and descriptions do not share the true place. We received no refund. Not even a cleaning refund. We never stayed there. Contact me if you have any further questions. It was extremely unfortunate that the guests had this experience. I personally was at the condo with the cleaning for the 3 hrs they cleaned. I don’t allow pets in my condo per my listing. The pictures are an accurate description. If there was something that I could have done to make the guests happy I would have. Next guests checked in after there stay and gave a five star review.

Marvelous!

My relatives came to visit for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this lovely condo. I't's exquisitely decorated and has all the comforts of home, plus more! It is conveniently located near the attractions of the beach cities. The owner was very gracious. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful condo! Pictures don’t do it justice!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had our 4 kids- ages 3-13- and it worked perfect for us. The pullout sofa was so comfortable that the kids actually fought about who got to sleep on it! Lol The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the beach chairs and toys! The kids had a blast! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect for us

For our family the location and place was perfect. Easy access to the beach (short drive). We never walked to the beach but we have little ones so they can’t walk very far. If you’re looking for any criticism it would only be that there was too much furniture on the private deck area. Enjoyed our stay!

Cherie was absolutely wonderful! She called and made sure we had everything we needed and the place had everything! Our family walked to the beach several times and it was a lovely 20-30 minute trek with our little boys. The grounds are lovely and the ocean spa feels luxurious overlooking the sea! The area is my favorite! We drove to several other beaches but the one closest to the condo was our favorite. The best part is really that the condo was better even than the pictures and Cherie was so thoughtful! She really thought of everything and scrimped on nothing. Fabulous mattresses, sheets, towels... and she had tons of seating and a gourmet grill. If we are ever there again you are the first I will contact Cherie!

Our favorite Condo rental ever!!

This was the cleanest, most well decorated, and largest condo we have ever stayed at. We have rented at this complex before but in a different condo. I'm so glad we chose this one this time. We love the location and how quiet the place is at night. It's centrally located to all of our favorite coastal spots. We spoke with Cherie a few times on the phone and she is so sweet and wants to make sure your stay is great. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and highly recommend staying here.

Great Location

The location of the Condo, in the complex, along with the location of the complex was fantastic. The pool is just across the parking lot, but in back of the building, so there is no pool noise, while in the Condo. Easy access to freeway and other beaches.The Condo is very well stocked with towels and other linens. Was very clean and very comfortable. The most important thing to me was how fast the owner replied to all of my questions. She even picked up the phone and called me, rather than an email response. LOVED everything about our stay.

Beautiful condo in Dana Point...has everything you could need, and more!

We recently moved out of this wonderful Dana Point vacation property, due to our own home renovation. We rented from 12/08/15 to 3/31/16. It was the most incredible respite we could have chosen. A place of beauty and peace. Immaculately clean, bottom floor, 2 bedroom condo. Beautifully decorated with stylish comfortable furniture. Large wrap around patio with full size washer and dryer. Huge gas grill on side patio. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. This unit even had a lovely seating area on the front porch. Very nice neighbors; 2 of the 4 in the building are permanent residents. Pool and hot tub across parking lot but well away from this building so noise is not an issue. Two more hot tubs in two other locations. There is a lovely walk though the golf course to the ocean. Or you can turn right at the fork and walk through a canyon area. There is so much to do in the SoCal area and this is a perfect location to make your home base. Cherie, our hostess, contacted me by phone within 15 minutes of making my initial request for our long stay booking. She also offered Christmas decorations for our use, and contacted me several times during the stay to see how everything was going. She was the perfect hostess. I cannot say enough about this property. The best I can say right now is.....rent this condo. You will be glad you did!

Great stay in Dana Point

This condo in Dana Point is cute and cozy. Great location in between San Diego and Los Angeles. The condo had everything we needed. The only thing we needed to get was propane to refill the tank because it was empty. The weather was great and my husband loved going to the pool and hot tub every other day (condo is close to the pool). We highly recommend taking the walk down to Salt Creek Beach, it was absolutely gorgeous at the beach. Thanks Cherie for accommodating us at such a short notice and arranging our stay with Ann Marie. We can't wait to come back and explore Dana Point more :)

Great accomodations in an awesome area

This was the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving week and close to the beach. Dana Point is a central location for traveling north to LA or south to San Diego which we did besides catching the ferry to Catalina Island. The condo was clean and just as we had expected. Very comfortable, well stocked with linens, towels and everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The king crab legs from Gelsons Market were the best! A safe area and accommodating condo. Thanks for working with us and all your suggestions Cherie. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful Condo In A Stunning Town

We booked this condo and one right across the way for our trip to Battle of the Paddle at Salt Creek Beach and they were just perfect! Beautiful and well taken care of, it was so nice to get to the condo after a LONG day of travel and have it feel like home. It was in a great location. Pretty much a 5 minute drive to anything you need. The only thing I would do differently next time is book a longer trip! Can't wait to go back!

Lovely Place - Great Location!!!

I actually stayed an entire month in Cherie's lovely condo. She was very accommodating as I lived in the area and needed a place at the last minute. What beautiful decor and you really get the feeling of Southern California beach living at it's finest. I would highly recommend her home :)

Our Yankee holiday in Southern California

The location of the condo was great near Shoal Creek Beach Park. We saw the sunset with lots of onlookers. On the hill of this park we took some nice family pictures as the natural lighting of the dusk time was just perfect. Our highlight though was going to watch the Yankees play the Angels as this was Derek Jeter's last stop in California. The owner was very attentive as she had prepared some things for the kids to enjoy during our stay. I recommend this property for those who want to kick back and relax.

Great location, lovely home!

Great location in Dana Point. Quiet, clean and adorable nautical theme throughout. Beds were comfy, had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! If you are coming to the area with kids or family to hit the beach and theme parks this is a great location: easy highway access, loads if grocery & restaurant options nearby and could hike to beach.
