Perfect stay from a family of 10

This house was so perfect for our extended family! (6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8). There was so much for the kids to do, and the house had everything we needed and more! Myrna went above and beyond, and included some special requests during our stay. She was very easy to get in touch with and communicate with! The neighbors were also very sweet, even gave us some fresh eggs! We would love to rent here again someday!!

Backyard Paradise

Wonderful pool and pergolas in the backyard where we had a cookout dinner for a few relatives and played on the water slide. We totally support the 9pm quiet time to be good neighbors, and in fact had fun talking to them. Very responsive and friendly support from the property manager! Would happily stay here again.

Great family time!

Beautiful house and awesome backyard. Hours of fun and a super responsive owner. Only slight disappointment was the neighborhood is very mixed.( most homes not as nice as this one. Next door neighbors have chickens and roosters. ).

The Perfect Getaway

Might be the best family vacation we had. The house has plenty of space, comfortable beds and an incredible, private backyard that really is the crown jewel of the property. There were only 6 of us, but the house could comfortably fit a much larger group. The master is spacious, the bathroom nicely updated. But, again, the backyard is the ideal setup. A wonderful outdoor kitchen outfitted with a TV and gas fireplace. A huge pool which can be all things to all vacationers - a California shelf for those looking to relax and sunbathe, a waterslide for the kids (or playful adults) who want a little adventure or a large expanse of a pool for those who want to swim or float. Can't recommend it enough.

Multigenerational family

The home is as described; however the description leaves out some very important details. 1. The house is in a neighborhood that is marginal at best. One neighbor has chickens another has an abandoned trailer in the front yard. Two homes down there is a literal abandoned car lot in front of the neighbors house. 7-8 broken down cars. This house is not priced for this neighborhood. 2. You need to communicate with the owner multiple times a day if you want to turn the slide or waterfall on. She does answer quickly but the price you are paying for this marginal neighborhood should allow you to operate the pool yourself. We own a pool with a slide and heater. The additional cost is marginal. 3. You cannot make any noise after 9PM. The owner told me this the day we were checking in. So the family vacation we planned was an indoor vacation after 9pm. No hot tub use after 9pm or the neighbor may call the police. If the neighbor calls the police we can get kicked out at any point with no refund. 4. The house itself is a nice home. They have very cheap mattresses which is understandable. 5. I would not rent this house again.
