The Space:

Newly remodeled 5-bedroom home (9 beds, 3 baths) packed with family-friendly fun! Enjoy a pool, jacuzzi, mini golf, cornhole, fire pit, arcade games, and TVs in every room. Spacious and perfect for groups, it's close to top restaurants and just a short drive to downtown, beaches, SeaWorld, the Zoo, and Balboa Park!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and backyard. Enjoy amenities like the swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, and fire pit.

Getting around is a breeze! While we recommend a car to fully explore San Diego, here's what you need to know about transportation options. Parking is available on the property with garage access. For public transit, the closest bus stops are within walking distance, offering routes throughout Santee and connections to the broader San Diego Metropolitan Transit System. Travel times to key destinations: San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately a 25-35 minute drive. The Santee Town Center Trolley Station is a 5-minute drive, providing easy access to downtown San Diego and beyond. Enjoy your stay!

To ensure a smooth check-in, a government-issued ID is required within 5 days of booking and before your stay. For pool heating, there's an extra charge of $150 per day. Bigger than it looks! Great for kids and adults too. Plenty to do and be entertained with, from games, putting green, table tennis, and of course the pool. Will definitely try to book again for our next trip out. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Our San Diego Vacay 2025

My family and I loved this house. There were 11 of us, 7 adults and 4 children, 12,17,19 and 21. There were plenty of bedrooms for all and everyone loved the pool table, video games, fooseball, ping pong and pool. The kitchen was perfect and the living area quite comfortable. The location was very convenient for the places we wanted to see. The owner is very pleasant and was easy to contact. We would come back here to spend more exploring time in San Diego.

Family get together

Our large family group (3 families with children and a grandparent) traveled down from various locations to attend the Miramar Airshow. We wanted to find a place where we could all stay together and visit while not at the show. Not an easy feat with a large group. This house ticked all of the boxes. Proximity to the base was reasonable (~20 mins). The house was clean and had plenty of room for us all to sit together to eat or hang out. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and the kids loved all of the activities provided. Spa heat was included in our stay. Pool heat is an extra charge which we opted not to utilize as we were not there most of the day. I am not sure this area is as high traffic as previous VRBO’s we have rented so the kitchen didn’t have the random food supplies former guests sometimes leave behind. Easily managed, as we were able to have our late arrival family bring pepper, olive oil, and a dish sponge (The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishware and cookware you could need). My sister’s husband left his wedding ring behind and Kevin very promptly secured it and mailed it back to them. Very much appreciated! All in all, the house met our needs and was a great setting for a memorable trip. Thank you!
