This second-floor entry 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath end unit condo offers accommodations with basic furnishings and will sleep up to 6 guests in its 700 square feet. This condo is located across the street from the high-speed quads and lodge at the Warm Springs base of the world-famous Bald Mountain. On-site amenities include laundry facilities, underground parking, and a ski-tuning area. This unit does not have a telephone, cable, or A/C. This unit has the capability to connect to Apple TV and you will need an Apple account to use the TV.

The first-level living area has a wall-mounted 40-inch flat-screen TV with no cable, a Blu-Ray player, and a stereo system. A small deck with a bistro table is accessible from the living area and first-floor bedroom. The full kitchen has a counter with two barstools and USB ports, and the dining table seats four. The bedroom adjacent to the living area has a queen bed and a full hallway bathroom with dual vanities. The loft is open to the living room and can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed upon request. There is a small bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed and a small desk. There is a bathroom with a shower only located on this level for both the loft and the bedroom.

Complex Features: Edelweiss Condominiums have a prime location in Warm Springs, right across the street from the spectacular Warm Springs Base Lodge and the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts. The Bavarian-themed building features a seasonal pool. Convenient free shuttles stop across from the Edelweiss to take you to downtown Ketchum or Sun Valley Resort. PLEASE NOTE: THE EDELWEISS IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX. Smoking is not allowed in hallways, parking garages, pool areas, or on balconies.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

The location was awesome for accessing the Warm Springs ski lifts. The spiral staircase in the property is awkward and could be a challenge for kids or older adults.

This unit is perfect for a family as there are 2 rooms and a loft. It is right across the street from the lift as well. It is small but we didn’t spend a ton of time in it!

Amazing location with everything you need

We had a wonderful trip with beautiful weather and great outdoor activities of skiing and snowshoeing. The condo has everything you need for a great trip, including being steps away from the warm springs lift. The home was very clean and stocked kitchen with cookware.

Great place to land as we skiied at Sun Valley for 2 days. The location to the lifts could not be beaten, truly walked across the street. The condo was clean and appeared as advertised. Highly recommend.

Spring skiing with my family

You can’t get better than this location! Right across the street from Warm Springs lodge. Pool was heated and open for the kids to play in during the winter which was great. Queen bed was too hard for my liking, queen upstairs was a squeaky futon. The 2 twins in the loft were ok. A little too many host’s personal items were in the place which didn’t leave much room for food, ski gear, etc.

Amazing Location

Quaint and quirky condo across the street from the Warm Springs Lodge. The property is exactly as described. Access to the addional bedroom and bath is by a spiral staircase. Sleeps 6 comfortably, but would be tight with 6 adults moving around. Checking in/out at the management office is a little inconvenient (most properties have key boxes these days). We would stay here again!

Great location for Warm Springs skiing

Everything was just as advertised, and while the location is by far the highlight, it was also nice to have the privacy of the second floor unit and to be facing away from the resort. These are details I overlooked when booking but was pleased to find when we arrived. The upstairs loft is almost like a separate apartment (which is great), but as others have mentioned not everyone will be able to make it up the spiral staircase, and it wouldn’t work for someone older and/or with poor balance. In all a fabulous value and place to stay.

The property was very clean and enjoyable. The Edelweiss location is close to Bald Mountain resort and the views were spectacular. The Homeowners and management were a bid nosey and bothersome at the pool and hot tub area, seems they were worried we snuck in or something.. at one time we had three different people asking us what our room number was and when one of our people didn't remember the room # they were extra rude and unprofessional. We understand they we not the property owners or rental management, just over protective homeowners. overall though, we enjoyed our stay and didn't let it slow us down. Had a great time!!

Edelweiss Stay

We found the condo cozy and comfortable once inside the unit. Absolutely no complaints about the unit itself. I think it is worth noting there are tons of stairs and a long hallway and another flight of stairs to access the condo. I was 3 weeks post hip replacement surgery and had I know the number of stairs I would need to climb and hallway needed to walk before getting to the unit, we would have chosen another place. Again, once inside, it was a lovely place.

Ski trip

Condo was small but it was everything we needed. There is nothing closer to the warm springs lift. Great location. Only complaint and nothing to do with the condo is that the warm springs lift isn't for beginners. We had several people new to skiing that wouldn't take the warm springs runs because they were too steep. Lift was across the street but they had to take a bus to it. Sun valley overall isn't a beginners ski mountain. Condo was great tho.

Great location but very small unit

The good things: Great location across the street from the Warm Springs lodge and lifts. Good, well supplied kitchen and nice bathrooms. Underground parking which was nice as our car was never covered with snow. The bad things: The unit sleeps 6 but 4 of those beds are a double and two twins in a loft with little privacy. The part of the loft with the double bed (not a queen bed) has a sloping ceiling which makes that part of the loft very claustrophobic. The bedroom that has the queen bed is so small that to get around the foot of the bed one had to turn sideways to fit. The dining area has a table with only 4 chairs but the unit can sleep 6. The dining/living area was very small. We had 4 adults and it was tight in the dining/living room. I can't imagine having 6 people in the unit. There is a ski locker in a room off of the garage assigned to each unit but the locker for our unit had a lock on it. Clearly the unit's owners keep their skis in the locker. That meant that we had to store our skis in the front closet which was very small because one half was locked.
