Perfect spot!

Just stayed for a football weekend and it was perfect! Great location, nice place and walkable to Champs. Waffle House and more. We will be back!

Fall weekend

Great weekend in State College. This cottage was perfect for us. Lovely property. Close to campus, Dunkin, and beds for everyone. Can’t beat that.

Perfect for what we need

We are in town to watch wrestling Olympic trials . We just needed a place to spend the night and this place was perfect for what we need . We just walked to the original Waffle House one block away for a very nice breakfast . This place is close to everything . Very convenient if you need a place to stay in State college.

The place was great for our purpose which was Penn State graduation. A little tight for three people getting ready in the morning but we made it work. Beds were extremely comfortable. Could use another mirror in main room to loosen up the jam in the bathroom. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was also really handy for graduation activities!
