Great Home and Location

This place was amazing for me and my buddies on our annual ski trip at holiday valley. It was easily the nicest place we've gotten while coming the last 3 years. Also being a 2 min drive from the rental place I go to and 5 min to the main lodge, the location was perfect too. Decent sized hot-tub and the property owner was very attentive.

a great getaway

we spent 3 days here , the place was very quiet and very clean , we had everything we needed , we loved the pond and watching the coy fish , also loved the firepit , we spent the whole time outside , we were very close to town wich was nice to go shop and have lunch , the host and cleaning crew were awesome , very friendly , i recommend this place for sure

Long ski day ended in hot whirlpool tub.

Four of us stayed two nights for a ski getaway. it was perfect! Located between Holiday Valley ski resort and downtown Ellicottville. There's a great game room too. We will be back!

Zen ski pad

Everything from the communication with the host to the fine details of amenities and essentials were all thought out well. The game room garage was great for the rainy days we had. The covered patio next the koi pond was our main hang with some wine / a good book!!Great energy even my 4 & 7 year old were very relaxed and chill at this property.Thank you for an enjoyable stay with great location.
