Beautiful home

We have stayed here before and LOVE it. Fantastic view, great neighborhood and perfect location. Five minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants and Winn Dixie. Manny, the property manager, is always available for any questions or needs that you may have. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Winter Getaway

Most enjoyable Winter getaway we have enjoyed since visiting South Florida (5 years). From the home owner to his staff, Jose, Claudia & Manny, the attentiveness and genuine concern they deliver is most refreshing. This property is everything and more based on the listing description. Beach is a short 10 minute walk, restaurants, shopping close by. This property and location is a keeper!!!

Gorgeous house and location

Manny and the owner were very responsive to texts and emails. Manny was at the house when we arrived and answered any questions we had promptly. The house had everything you needed and was spotless. We spent a lot of time outside watching boats go by. Very peaceful neighborhood and easy to get to. Highly recommended!

Lovely Home!

We live in Bermuda Riviera but rented this house for our family from Denmark who was here during Easter week for our daughters wedding. Both our family and ourselves loved the house, it is a great location, you can walk to the beach and the public fishing pier, as well as to the best restaurants in Fort lauderdale. It is perfect for entertaining, large kitchen, great room with a bar and pool table, and the outside have a pool and BBQ area with full view of the inter coastal The owner and his staff are fantastic, they will answer all the questions you have and Jose will show you how everything works! We will definitely rent this property again!

Quiet, tranquil, beautiful place to enjoy your vacation

We rented Willie's home over Thanksgiving and could not believe the amount of space we had to relax in. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we hardly saw anyone else or heard anyone else over the four days. The kitchen is immense, as is the master bath on the second floor. Because of the amount of space this made it the perfect place for a relaxed family gathering. We played pool in the main living space, and frolicked in the pool on the rear deck. The home was clean and fairly well maintained, and Manny couldn't be a more gracious host, providing an excellent introduction to the property. We're already thinking of a return visit!

Spectacular house, friendly and responsive owner and associates

A return visit to this huge and lovely house on a canal in the Bermuda Riviera in Fort Lauderdale. This is a splendid house for a small group of 2-3 couples, or for a gathering of a larger group staying in other locations. The common space and kitchen are large, as is the back deck with its pool and jacuzzi. Two of the bathrooms have steam baths, which we found most enjoyable after long days of biking in the Everglades and golfing. Other reviews on this site accurately describe the amenities of the house and the gracious and responsive owner and his associates. I hesitate to say this because it will make it harder to rent this place in the future, but the price is well below the value delivered.

Walk-To-The-Beach-Ft. Lauderdale - 3.5 bath/3 BDRM

This home is ideally located with views of the intracoastal. Pool and hot tub refreshing. Backyard spacious and nicely done. Inside speaks for itself with wide open spaces, large top-of-the-line kitchen. Lovely neighborhood. Great family home. 3rd bedroom needs to either share the upstairs master bath (which is spacious with two extra large countertops, two sinks & vanities or, head downstairs to a full bath. While the home is beautiful, the owner will address any questions, concerns you may have but ontop of that, he has in place a staff of 4 dedicated to insuring your vacation experience is flawless. The most refreshing winter hiatus we have had to date. Thank You Willie, Jose, Manny, Claudia & Roxanna.

Thanks Willie for giving us the opportunity to stay at your gorgeous home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This was the first time my wife and I have rented a house and we had a few doubts whether we were doing the right thing. From the original contact with Willie and his assistant Claudia via phone/email correspondence, we were treated with respect and most importantly as a valuable customer. Upon arrival at the house, we were greeted by a courteous staff member who gave us a tour of this wonderful house. The house was immaculate and well maintain. The location was ideal to walk to the beach and was close to restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend this place for a vacation or business trip. Again, THANKS Willie.

My family spent our vacation in this beautiful home, and could not have been happier. The home is beautiful and has every amenity. We considered staying at a luxury hotel for our vacation and said several times while we were there that this home was so much better than staying in a hotel. Our teenaged kids loved the pool, basketball net, bikes, pool table and beautiful beach nearby. We all appreciated the free wifi and printer on site to print our boarding passes. The kitchen had every amenity and the grill was out back on the comfortable patio. We spent hours lounging by the pool or on one of the many decks in this home, enjoying the view of the water. Every bed was comfortable, and the house is appointed nicely. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early and use the pool while they were finishing up getting the house ready for us. The wine and snacks left for us were also a nice touch. We will definately book here again if we retun to Fort Lauderdale.

Outstanding experience

This spectacular house provided a very comfortable base for two friends to enjoy a golf weekend in South Florida. The house is located on a canal adjacent to the intra-coastal waterway, and affords a nice view north and west. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is within an easy walk of the ocean, a grocery store, pharmacy, bank and other amenities. Many good restaurants are within a short drive. The owner's description of the house is accurate, but his pictures don't do justice to it -- it's huge and beautifully appointed, with marble floors downstairs, glass walls on the water side, and many useful features such as a wet bar and a pool table (plus pool and jacuzzi outside). The kitchen appliances are beyond top-of-the-line, though you should bring your own knives if you want to do any serious cooking. There are two real bedrooms, one of which is larger than any bedroom I've ever seen (its bathroom is bigger than my bedroom at home). There is plenty of room for two families with kids, since there are three full baths plus a half bath, and some inflatable beds for the overflow. The owner met us when we checked in, and was very responsive when we had a minor plumbing problem. The house was very clean when arrived. All of our interactions with the owner were friendly and professional. If this house is available next year, I'll definitely return.

Thank You for that wonderful review, I take lots of pride in my properties, and is nice to know that am making my Clients happy, after all that is my goal, even though I use to rent the House yearly before, this way gives me the great opportunity to use and enjoy it, and go back to the property, to keep it in a 1st class way , unlike having a yearly renter, and yes I need to get better knifes to keep up with the quality of the Kitchen, which it was designed by Chef Salvador of Chicago, and he out did himself, I also have not mention to my new clients that the Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi will take you anywhere in the beautifully Venice of the Americas which is the way we locals call Fort Lauderdale.

Very nice spacious home and excellent customer service! :-)

There were only 3 of us, but yes, the home can accommodate 8 with no problem. It is very spacious, nicely decorated, and provides all of the amenities you need. Mr. "Willie" is a class act and he provided excellent customer service. You owe to yourself to check the availability, because you will NOT be disappointed. The description of the house and its location is accurate. The house is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood which is a bonus when you are on vacation. The price is right and I highly recommend it. The photos did reflect the actual house, which was clean and well maintained; and everything in the house works. Willie and his assistant Claudia were very helpful in answering all of our questions. Whatever you need they will point you in the right direction. If your group is respectful, responsible, and you need a home to secure your motorcycles during your stay, look no further. I have planned several "Fellas Only" getaway vacations to South Florida, and we always need a garage for our motorcycles. When I inquired about the property, I informed Willie that my buddies and I were trailering our motorcycles from Washington, DC, and we wanted to use his garage to secure them. He said, "Yes, the house is available and so is the garage for your bikes." Motocyclists always get treated like we're irresponsible hooligans and homeowners are under the impression that were going to have wild parties and burn down the joint. We are laid back, in our mid- forties, and we like enjoying the privacy of a home during a vacation. We always respect the neighborhood with our motorcycles and I'm sure Willie did not receive any complaints during our stay. Last but not least, the "icing on the cake" occurred when I returned home from South Florida and realized I left my Speedo flip-flops at the house. I informed Willie about my oversight and guess what? He mailed my flip-flops to me! How about THAT for customer service! Mr Hoya, you were a gentleman from the beginning, its amazing how many nice people I have met having my properties in VRBO, when you mention motorcycles, and how careful you would be with the noise coming in and out, i believe you, and needless to tell you how impress my neighbors were when you had all your friends over and all those beautiful colors on those Bikes, and last but not least how well behaved you guys were, but of course am bias you are a Hoya

Honeymoon Retreat

This place has everything you could ask for! An awesome view- both outdoor and indoor!! The pool, hot tub, fishing/boating dock, pool table, and huge kitchen create an unbelievable space! Clean, classy, elegant, quirky, fun home. Beautiful neighborhood, close to everything. Guillermo and Manny are great people who go the extra mile in every respect. Manny even mailed a package of items I mistakenly left in a drawer back to me. That is way over the top service. Our stay was a much better experience than I was anticipating. It was a blast just enjoying the beauty and weather and boats in the canal on the back deck. We had a wonderful time and will be back! Thanks again!!!

Christmas Vacation

The house was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Everything was as elegant and as clean as a 5 star hotel. Manny, was amazing and very accommodating answering every last question. Check in was flawless and the property was just great. It was a "have to get away trip." and this was the best house to stay at. It has a great big kitchen, a chef's dream. A nice pool and a great jacuzzi. The view of the water way is beautiful from the patio as well as from inside or from the balcony. The neighborhood is quite and the location is very convenient and central. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely home!

Great home and location!

This is a lovely home, with every amenity you could need, The host meet us there and gave us a great tour of the place and answered all our questions and also had a nice basket of treats made up for us- which the kids loved! the location is great- it is in a quiet friendly neighborhood but yet located conveniently to anywhere you need to be in Fort Lauderdale. The bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas were a definite added bonus! Our daughters also loved all the cute bunnies hopping around the neighborhood as well.:-)

We stayed at this property during the Coronavirus pandemic. We couldn’t go anywhere so we had to entertain ourselves in the home. What a great place to be quarantined! The pool and hot tub were clean. The house was fully stocked with anything you need...tissues, toilet paper and everything you would need in the kitchen. Manny, the property manger greeted us when we got there. The house can easily accommodate 3 families. I would definitely highly recommend this property!

Centrally located to all beach activities this waterfront home has a large entertaining area and amazing outdoor area with pool and hot tub. For boaters there are no fixed bridges to backyard dock. Beautiful home and fully stocked.

Wonderful Experience

This house is in the perfect quiet neighbourhood but near to the beach and restaurants. Having just finished a long stay at this property I can say without contridiction that it has everything you can possible need, and more, to have a great and enjoyable time. Plenty of space, lots of places to sit and read, relax or watch the world go by. Outside the pool and hot tub are just wonderful. Inside the house is large and has lots of large windows letting in the light. A couple of very minor problems were dealt with promptly by Mannie, the property manager. We will return to this house and would recommend it to others.

I use to live there, and like the area so much,we decide to keep it,use the dock for our boats and friends boat, and be able to come and use it, specially in December during the Winterfest Boat Parade, it actually happens to go right by the house , amazing we never get tired of watching the parade,House was totally redone 2003, now we put a new pool, and two new 60' TV,s and two new 34' in addition of the 50 and 40 and couple of small ones that were there for the pool table and security cameras
