After a day in the famed powder, unwind in the luxurious primary suite featuring a steam shower, while the second bathroom offers a soothing jetted tub. In warmer months, soak up the sunshine and mountain air from the private ground-level patio. No matter the season, this deluxe 2-bedroom condo offers stylish comfort and convenience for your stay.

Soft blue, tan, and white tones create a calming atmosphere in the great room, where a large L-shaped sofa, accent chair, and a brick fireplace invite cozy evenings in. Glass doors open to the private patio, extending your living space outdoors. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a spacious island with seating for six. Fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware, it's perfect for casual in-home dining.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed and relaxing lounge chair, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds—ideal for kids or additional guests.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

Perfect Party of 4

Cozy, updated, clean, and convenient. The staff were all super friendly. The restaurant was good (wish they served breakfast). It's a little up from the mall, but with the convenience of their complimentary shuttle, it's worth it. The ski-in ski-out location is handy and if you miss it, no big deal, call the shuttle, or it's just a quick 5 minute walk up from the mall. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as described, and the pictures were accurate. Lovely corner unit you could ski into. Daily housekeeping was a plus, as was the shuttle service. Incline ski shop on property was convenient for rentals. Short walk to the mall/restaurants.

While comfortable and well equipped, the wall insulation is very thin so for four consecutive nights we were woken up by a toddler crying up stairs in the middle of the night and then we were up at 6:45 hearing him cry again. Also the back patio is at ground level and people were constantly looking in the condo at us.
