The friendly family neighborhood, the layout of the home, & the relaxing backyard oasis makes this house feel like home, even when you're away. Friendswood is 1/2 way between Galveston & Houston, both being only a 30 min drive.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean out the grill if you used it. Our cleaner charges an additional $50 if she has to clean it.
Please turn the AC up to 76 in the summer; turn the heat to 68 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What makes this property unique
This home is unique due to the backyard. There's a grassy area with a kids play/climbing structure, separated by a safety fence, that opens up to a pristine & beautiful large pool. There's a covered patio with outdoor seating, a grill, and outdoor sink. The string lights set the mood at night making the backyard one of the favorite places to spend the entire day.
