A Suely foi muito solicita em todos os momentos, desde o início da reserva até o fim da hospedagem. O apartamento é muito aconchegante e é exatamente como no anúncio. Com certeza reservarei novamente e recomendarei para quem precisar.

Ótima localização

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, possui geladeira nova, bom fogão, utensílios de cozinha completos. A TV, porém, apresentou problema na imagem desde o início da estadia. A internet funciona bem desde que não sobrecarregada. Dois dos três aparelhos de ar condicionado do imóvel funcionaram a contento.

Pequenos reparos

O apto é muito bom a localização privilegiada. Apenas alguns itens de menor custo faltam na casa, como panos de chão, potes para uso no dia a dia. Achei pouco confortável o sofá na sala de TV, pois de férias usamos muito a tv e o sofá não é nada muito confortável. Gostei do atendimento, a presteza quando foi ´preciso arrumar os chuveiros.

Localização do imóvel é ótima, é só atravessar a avenida e vc está na praia, num local que não é barulhento e que a faixa de areia está preservada. Máquina de lavar top. Ar condicionado nós quartos. Contato fácil com a proprietária para qualquer problema

Excepcional! Super bem localizado, apartamento arejado, sol da manhã, ótima estrutura e muito bem cuidado. Internet, tv a Cabo e smart tv completaram o conforto da hospedagem e compensaram um dia chuvoso que pegamos. Rede na varanda e vista lateral para o mar. Atravessamos a rua e já “pé” na areia. Após a praia, piscina e sauna para relaxar. Aproveitamos muito a estadia e queremos voltar! Obrigado!

Estadia Perfeita

O apartamento é muito agradável, com boa infra estrutura e dentro de nossas expectativas. Gostamos muito e pretendemos repetir se possível no mesmo apartamento que é na avenida em frente à praia com bares e restaurantes próximos. Porteiros 24h muito educados e atenciosos. Fomos com 2 crianças pequenas e foi super tranquilo.

Temporada deliciosa em Cabo Frio

Apartamento bastante confortável e equipado. A limpeza estava impecável e todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente. Todos os quartos possuem telas contra mosquitos, portanto recomendo fechar a casa antes do entardecer para não receber visitas dos inconvenientes pernilongos... Amei a estadia e voltarei com certeza!!!

Excelente localização e imóvel

Proprietária muito atenciosa e estadia maravilhosa. Bem em frente à Praia, apartamento arejado com ótima ventilação. Varanda com rede e sol da manhã. Dali, dá para ver um pedacinho do mar! Maravilhoso. Fica no final da Praia do Forte num ponto mais privilegiado. Ar condicionado nos quartos e ventilador de teto em todos os Cômodos. Os quartos da frente dão acesso à varanda grande e o ar circula por toda casa. Na sala internet e TV a cabo na sala. Parece que foi reformado há pouco tempo pois o piso está bem novo. Percebe-se o zelo dos proprietários com o imóvel. O Sr. Paulinho, zelador, foi muito atencioso e, como ficamos quase 10 dias, durante nossa estadia contratamos uma faxineira, indicada, por ele para uma limpeza. O prédio apesar de mais antigo é muito bem cuidado e limpo.

Excelente Imóvel!

Apartamento muito bem localizado, em frente à Praia do Forte. Vista lateral da praia, com varanda muito agradável. Sol da manhã. Quartos muito arejados e espaçosos. O edifício conta com ótima estrutura (piscina, quadra, salão de jogos, sauna e portaria 24 horas). Pena que a estadia foi rápida. Voltarei com minha família, com certeza.
