Wonderful home and hosts! We had a great time! This place has everything you need for a Bahamas getaway. The hosts are prompt in responding and made sure we were having a good time. Plenty of amenities! Smart TVs, a grill, beach chairs, beach towels, and comfy beds! If we went back to Bahamas we would choose here first, thank you!

Amazing Villa!! Clean, lots of room, comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to Atlantis. Two pools and a great restaurant. Amazing views from the balcony. We can’t wait to go back! We will definitely be renting this villa again.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time! Comfortable beds, close to everything, clean. All the beach and pool gear we needed including an ice machine- lovely! Would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at Sunrise Beach Villas was amazing! The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush palm trees and two inviting pools. The villa (#220) itself was extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs and umbrellas — such a thoughtful touch. The walk to the beach took less than five minutes, and the beach was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and picturesque getaway.

Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed this space for our vacation! We were able to enjoy cooking breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. The water dispenser was such a treat and Nella even replaced the jugs without us asking. Hosts answered any questions promptly

Great location with great hosts

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Blue Villa. The hosts were very helpful, always responded quickly to requests, and provided ground transportation from the airport for a good price. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about coming to Atlantis. It’s a very short walk and the beach outside the apartment is amazing. We didn’t use the pools as it was quite cold and windy for most of our stay, the hammocks are in a nice calm spot though :) I’m sure we will be back one day.

Beautiful beach getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in the Ocean Blue Villa. Everything was top notch, from the washing machine, to the beds, to the amount of toilet paper and paper towels that were provided. We loved having the water cooler which was so convenient. It was very clean upon arrival. The pools were perfect, the close proximity to the beach was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!!

We asked for late checkin and out. The hosts were very understanding and easy to talk to and communicates in a timely manner. The place instantly made you feel relaxed. It’s spacious, clean and had a full kitchen for cooking when we didn’t feel like eating out. The view from the balconies was amazing. The location was great. It’s in walking distance of Atlantis (waterpark), very close to the pick up dock to Sand Dollar Beach (swimming with pigs), and the area had plenty of cabs so going to further places was a non issue. We had a great time.

Great property!

Everything was perfect! Condo was exactly as the pictures showed and the hosts were very responsive. The beach chairs and umbrella, along with the ice maker and water cooler were definitely nice touches and used a lot. The property grounds were nicely maintained. We were a lil bummed that Violas was closed during our visit but that's not anything anyone could control. Would definitely stay here again!

My family of 3 adults and 3 children stayed at the Villa for 8 nights. We have stayed in similar island places in various locations and this was definitely one of the best ones we've stayed at. The location is fantastic. The beaches on paradise island, and especially at this spot, are amazing. It is also close to everything. We were able to walk to Atlantis, the marina, the grocery store. Viola's, the restaurant on site, has great conch tacos and drinks. And the office staff were very helpful. We took cabs over the bridge a few times to go to BahaMar and that was not a big deal. This was a relief because we originally reserved a rental car but the airport was out of them. In hind sight, if we went back I would skip the rental because the cabs were fine and most places we wanted to go were walkable. The Villa is extremely well equipped. There are beach towels and chairs, everything you need in the kitchen and very comfortable beds. Multiple decks with great views make the setting amazing. The water cooler and ice maker are great touches that add to the experience. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to go back in the future!The communication and responsiveness of the host was top notch. Check in and check out were a breeze.

The location was fantastic. Short walk to Atlantis and Ocean Club. Right on the beach. The beach area is not crowded at all. Plenty of room. The hosts were fantastic. We arranged transportation through the hosts for small fee (cheaper than a taxi).

Wonderful Stay!

This is a wonderful property that exceeded our already high expectations! Property was exactly as described in listing. Located in a very quiet area on Paradise Island and only a 15 minute walk to many restaurants, the harbor and Atlantis. There is also a really good restaurant named Viola’s that is located on the property grounds. There are two nice pools available and a beautiful beach with private access. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. By far the quickest response time we have experienced when staying at a VRBO property. Highly recommend!
