Getting Around:
Uber and Lift is available at anytime, which is a private driver service. Public bus stops are found right out front of the neighborhood. Most areas are walkable, enjoy your stay!

Property needs refinement

We stayed for five days. Check-in was easy, property manager checked to make sure we were in & settled. The property itself was nice, the house just needs some maintenance; TV in the living room wouldn't stay connected to the wifi which left it unusable, refrigerator in the kitchen wouldn't cool enough to keep food, bedroom window (white beds) doesn't fully close, has a wooden rod placed to "close" it, the back door doesn't have a working lock and has a rod to "lock" it, none of the toilet paper roll holders were attached, pieces around the bathroom and screws coming from the wall, pool table has holes in it and the balls fall through. BIGGEST disappointment was the pool. We booked this house because it had a heated pool. We paid the $100 each day for five days to have it heated. We were told in check-in to let them know when we wanted to use the hot tub and they would get it turned on, no big deal. BUT the pool was not heated throughout our stay. I had to constantly ask if the heat was turned on. Found out the other properties they manage, they have control of the heat on the pool but not this one. They would have to contact the owner of the house to get the pool heat turned up/on. We didn't find this out until our last day. I sent this list to the manager we corresponded with our whole trip with zero response. If one or two things needed a little fix, it would have been fine. But there was so much it made the stay frustrating. Its four bedrooms, not six like listed.

Very Disappointing Last 2 Stays $14000 with VRBO Might be the last

First of all, advertised as a 5 bedroom house. Not the case! When we arrived the house was very dirty with dirt and debris all over the house, including finger nails. The tv in the main room did not work. The pool table was broken and held together with tape. The main advertising page says heated pool. Turns out we had to pay extra to have the pool heated. Also has a hot tub advertised, turns out you have to pay to have that heated as well. We paid extra to have them heated. It was day 3 before the pool was not an ice box. The jets in the hot tub were never just on. We had to text every day to ask to have the jets turned on. And a couple of days those requests were ignored all together. The pool storage box for floaters and toys was full of mold. Hazmat situation. There were many other items in this house that were broken or damaged. This was not how the house was advertised. (False advertising) we paid a lot of money to stay in this house for 7 days. Very disappointing!!! Also after returning home I went on VRBO site to read reviews, being there were none at the time of booking. (New listing) I was surprised to read that the house was trashed by a previous renter weeks before we showed up and the owner says he is during here for damages. If the owner knew that the house no longer matched the VRBO advertisement,I feel he should have reached out to us to inform us this was the case!!! I feel we have been taken advantage of!
