Great host (very approachable and helpful); Great bedroom beddings; more modern in terms of living room furniture compared to other units I have rented in the past from the same area (The Aspens).

More rent pictures posted. I’m local and always ready to help but allow you the peace and quiet you desire.
Super friendly host. Host went out of their way to make the place feel like a real home, not just a stay. 10/10 recommend

Thanks Max. I want guests to know I'm here if they need anything. If you are new to the Valley, I can help you acclimate. If something in the condo is not just right I can get it fixed asap. It is a home.
In a quiet location Positioned perfectly for exploring the Tetons, while being not too far from Jackson. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need, even if you want to cater for yourself. Especially loved the black bears in the trees on the drive back at night!

Thank you for your comments. The quietest part of the Aspens with the most wildlife! I want to make things better so I'm open to suggestions.
Close by to where we live - perfect for our family “overflow”. Perfectly outfitted condo and most of all a perfect and accommodating owner.

I am always ready to help as needed, but these folks knew the landscape so they could do their thing! I want to assist any folks in their adventure here in Teton County. Help us preserve this sacred place! Best regards, Patrick
Nice and quiet with European touches. The BEST Q-bed we have had at any vacation rental in over two decades of travel. Easy access to Tetons, Jackson, and the mountain village. Well stocked kitchen. Neighborhood fox sighting on arrival day and on our last day there. Next year we are off to Europe in the fall, but we’ll be back in fall of 2027!!!

I appreciate your wanting to come back in 2027!! Comfort is #1! Lot's of wildlife reported again! Best regards.
Came to Jackson with my daughter for a week of hiking and fishing. Was a great place. Plenty of space and close to town. We caught 35 trout and did over 40 miles of trails. A great Vaca.

It is heartwarming to hear of successful fishing and enjoyable trails. And I'm glad to provide a base of operations that is comfortable and cozy. Best regards.
My husband an I loved the condo. It has many things that one should need. They even provided ziploc bags, containers for leftover food, bear spray. We used the washer and dryer. The weather was hot during the day, as it has not have AC, a fan would be helpful.

I appreciate the remarks! Fans are coming. I sometimes stay at the condo myself and like to make sure those little things are there when needed. Thank you.
We stayed for a running race event my wife and I participated in and to visit Yellowstone afterwards. The race events were based out of Teton Village, which was a short drive from this place. We really enjoyed the place and it was a good spot between Jackson and Teton Village. The place was very comforting while we were there.

Cleaning crew forgot to come. Contacted Host & he responded immediately. We went to dinner & when we got back, the place was clean, laundry done & bed made. Thank you Patrick.

The cleaning situation was a first in two years. My cleaning crew had a family issue that had to be resolved. Thanks for your understanding! I'll be double checking the schedule going forward. Thank you for your comments.
This condo was perfectly adequate for our visit (two adults). It was equipped with just about everything we needed. Bed was comfortable as was living room. It is located relatively conveniently; close enough to town and close enough to the Park entrance. A bit of a view out the window and we even saw a fox. We would definitely stay again, if it were just us! (Three children might not work out as well.)

Thank you for your review! I love to hear from you. The fox(es) are common. Unfortunately they appear to be fed people food that is unlawful! Moose frequent as well. My listing limits the unit to two children ... you are right three would be overcrowded. Hope to see you again.
Wonderful time at Pat’s condo in Aspens. Super comfortable and convenient to JHMR and Teton Pass. Pat could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Can’t wait til next year!!
Wonderful stay at Patrick’s place. Photos don’t do it justice. Great views from the living room. Bedroom and living room furniture have been updates. Comfortable bed with white duvet. Sofa is comfortable and stylish as well. Kitchen is well appointed. I had family staying in a place nearby. Easy neighborhood to walk in. Great little market at the entrance of the Aspens. I would definitely stay here again!!
We loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—tucked away and quiet, but with a market right at the entrance of the development that had everything we needed, including organic options and even a sandwich station. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and perfect for the two of us. It had laundry, clean bedding, and all the basics covered.Check-in with the keypad was super simple, and parking was usually right out front (with overflow close by if needed). The only note I’d make is that there’s no AC—if you’re a warm sleeper, a fan from the other room does the trick to keep air moving. We loved looking out the window and spotting birds, and even saw a cute fox around the development a few times! Patrick was excellent to communicate with. For others traveling to the area for hiking: you can rent bear spray and poles in Jackson, which is good to know if you don’t want to purchase them outright. Overall, this was the perfect place for our trip and we’d definitely stay again.
Everything was as pictured and promised. Love the ease of check in and out. Communication was top notch. Love this condo, picture window is awesome. Bed was comfy. Wifi great, TV you sign into your accounts(netflix, youtubetv etc struggled with my YouTubeTV but thats on me)otherwise not sure what options are. Love how it sits back in a corner with trees etc surrounding it. Feels like secluded country. Had many supplies in kitchen and bathroom! The location was spot on for exploring the area. We had a moose sunning in our backyard on first day and he was around The Aspens most days here. Persephone bakery next door is excellent.Sidewinders pizza was excellent.Gun Barrel in Jackson good but pricey. The Bunnery in Jackson was soso…breakfast and rolls soso. Triangle X float tour was top notch and well worth the money. 100 ppJenny Lake hike was magnificent…took boat over hiked up till we hit Cascade Canyon. Should have taken boat back. We were tired.

Love it when I hear good things about our other Jackson home. As to the TV, I'll look into there streaming bits although I'm unfamiliar with YouTube. Thanks for visiting and you food critique is so accurate. I'll make a list of my favorite eating places. Cheers.
Patrick's place was very clean and in better shape than the other (five or six) one-bedroom condos that I have stayed at in The Aspens. I rent in The Aspens in the winter for skiing, don't bring a car, and take the bus to the resort. The walk to the bus stop was a little further than I was used to, but not as far as I expected and not a burden in any way. Patrick was available for any questions or comments that I had. One item to be aware of is that the property required a refundable damage deposit. Since no claim was made it was refunded automatically two weeks after I departed, but I did wait to be sure it was refunded.
The condo was extremely well stocked with kitchen resources, bathroom resources, hiking resources, linens, bedding, etc. Had everything we needed and more! Very close to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the nearby entrance to Grand Tetons National Park (the lesser-known Granite Canyon entrance). The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Our only issue (which is probably pretty unique to us) was that we were going to bed around 8:30 p.m., which was before the sun had set, so that we could get up around 4:30 or 5:00 a.m. to get the sunrise experiences at Moulton Barns, Schwabacher's, and Oxbow, and it would have been nice if the shades in the bedroom were more blackout shades. While this condo was not "high-end," it was very clean, exceedingly well-stocked, very comfortable, and served our purposes admirably--we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Patrick! (There were some discrepancies about the lock code, the unit number, and the wifi between the emails and the website and reality; there was not a paper in the unit about the wifi or the checkout procedure. But these were small things that were easily managed.)
