The Big Blue has 3 bedrooms with 4 comfy beds to sleep after an adventurous day exploring Big Bear!

At this luxury getaway you will find a private hot tub, outdoor grill area, Wifi, 3 smart TVs, laundry, xbox, and many games for your party to enjoy! Take a walk around our lot and pick apples from the private apple trees on property!

Dinner will be a breeze as the kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking & entertaining needs! Sit back and relax by our indoor fireplace after a long day on the mountain!

This Big Bear Cabin features 3 bedrooms with 4 comfortable beds and 2
bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests! The floor plan includes:

✴ Master Bedroom: King size bed with luxury linens and private master bath featuring dual vanities and tub/shower combo. Closet with hangers + luggage holder. Roku TV also included.

✴ Loft Bedroom : Loft room- 1 queen bed with views of the backyard and a 55in Roku TV with DVD player. Xbox 360. Private seating area in front of TV. Remodeled bathroom located in loft.

✴ Double Queen Bedroom : TWO Queen beds with views of the front deck & hot tub. Private desk for those who work from home & a walk in closet with plenty of room to organize your clothes!

Please use only plastic cups (found in cabinets in kitchen) around hot tub! Any glass found by the hot tub will be a $250 fine!

The Big Blue is tucked away in Whispering Pines neighborhood located in Big Bear City, easy to access from all 3 highways leading into Big Bear! . Walk out on the porch and view a peek a boo look at Bear Mountains Ski runs! The cabin is in a secluded part of town but only minutes away from all outdoor actives Big Bear has to offer!

The driveway includes 3 parking spots! The cabin is located 8 minutes from Snow summit, 10 minutes from Bear Mountain, and only a 4 minute drive to Big Bear Lake!

Check In: Welcome to your A-Chalet property. Prior to arrival, please complete the welcome submission form. Thank you

Pets: As a reminder, there is a $60 pet fee per dog (max 3). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and in a crate if you leave the premises. In addition, leave the dog in the crate when leaving the premises. Always keep dogs close by and on leash at all times

Trash:
Trash breakdown: (Black Cart) Please only include household trash, food taste, food containers, animal waste (bagged), lightweight plastics and styrofoam, & clothing.

(Blue cart) Flattened cardboard, paper & paperboard, newspaper & magazines, aluminum, tin & lightweight metals, glass bottles & jars & cartons.

(Non accepted curbside) Electronics or batteries, dirt, rock, constructive debris, & hazardous waste

Fireplace: complimentary bundle of wood is provided per stay. Please make sure that the chain link guard rail is closed after lighting the fireplace. Ring flute should be to the right at all times.

Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° upon check out.

Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.

BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges of $100.

Spa: Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).Turn spa up to desired temperature and back to 95 when finished. If water is murky, we will have to do a dump and fill which will be $175 extra charge. In addition, please make sure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly.

Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.
Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.
