It features a large king bedroom with ensuite bathroom complete with a rainwater showerhead & luxury tub. Guest house amenities include: state of the art kitchen with new appliances- refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster oven, and garbage disposal. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, Cable & Internet access. There is also a separate laundry room complete with a front loading washer & dryer & laundry sink. The house is surrounded by a wrap around patio with ample outdoor seating and a commercial BBQ grill.
As a bonus, there is a separate bedroom and bathroom suite adjacent to the guest house with a private patio. Bonus room is equipped with coffee maker & a mini refrigerator. Come relax in this peaceful setting and enjoy the outdoors. Bird, hike, mountain bike or just rest in the beautiful Sonoran desert. Saguaro National Park East & Tanque Verde Guest Ranch are only 15 minutes away.
