Very clean and quiet. This midcentury home is comfortable and very quiet. We loved the pool and the location was close to the University of Arizona. We were there four nights and it was lovely and conveniently located.

It was centrally located. Within reasonable distance to shopping and amenities as well to the many points of interest. The property itself was very comfortable and the private back yard pool and patio space was very enjoyable.

What a real “gem” of a place, loved the mid-century vibes alive and well. Property felt secure and comfortable, backyard a perfect place to relax with the pool (a plus for a northeasterner in late winter!), and the locale perfect for getting around. The host was very ready with any questions and had nice extra touches ready for our stay like a well-kept kitchen supply, soaps in the bathrooms and plenty of extra towels, though I singlehandedly demolished their entire supply of facial tissues due to a head cold (sorry, Ron!) We look forward to visiting again thanks to the comfort offered here and will look to stay again. Thank you, Ron and Julie!

Relief from the cold weather of the pacific northwest

We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed getting a break from the terrible weather up in Portland Oregon. Sarah was an absolute perfect host. Communication was fantastic and accommodations were wonderful. As a fellow VRBO property owner myself, I highly suggest this place.
