Welcome to Cascade Cottage- the PERFECT Cottage for your Summer Retreat. Our 3BD/2BA cottage w/ 2 KINGS/1 QUEEN has mountain views, waterfalls & walking trails, so you get the best of all worlds when experiencing nature!

Our cottage boasts a gazebo and multiple porches from which to enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Paved, well maintained, roads lead up to the cottage! It's conveniently located to Maggie Valley, downtown Waynesville, the Fairgrounds, and the Cataloochee Ranch.

THE SPACE
Imagine yourself overlooking the snowy Blue Ridge Mountains in this recently updated cottage. There's decks and a gazebo upon which you can soak in the glorious mountain sunrises/sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage. Our cottage is spacious, has an open floor plan, gas fireplace, incredible north-facing views of the mountains, trails, waterfalls (oh, the waterfalls!), and decks off the upstairs queen bedroom. It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably! If you like to feel isolated and like you own the mountain, that's how you will feel at Cascade Cottage.

The main floor has a gas fireplace, full living/dining room, coffee bar, and an open kitchen with tons of natural light. The primary bedroom/full bath are also located on the main floor, along with a washer/dryer. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, along with a full bath. Access to the gazebo right out of the upper king bedroom. You are just minutes from the Maggie Valley Fairgrounds, Cataloochee Ranch/Ski Resort, hiking/biking, restaurants, and shopping.

We have a fully-stocked kitchen for those that desire to cook every meal at home. For coffee lovers, we have a coffee bar with Keurig/Drip coffeemakers and sugar/creamers. All bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. Bedrooms and bathrooms are supplied with linen and towels.

The driveway is a mix of asphalt/gravel and holds several vehicles easily. There's room to turn around, as well.

We are not a pet-friendly cottage at this time and appreciate your understanding.

BEDROOM 1
Main Level - A Large King bedroom with attached private full bathroom. Views are stunning from this bedroom.

BEDROOM 2
Upper Level - A Queen bedroom with shared full bathroom. A full bathroom is just outside of this bedroom. This room has access to an outside deck.

BEDROOM 3
Upper Level - A King Bedroom with access to the gazebo out back. A full bathroom is just outside this bedroom.

BATH
The primary bathroom is on the main level. There is a full bathroom on the upper level, as well. Both are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. It also comes with all the cooking and dining tools you need: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, a toaster, blender, hot water kettle, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, mugs, and more.

ENTERTAINMENT
We have a SmartTV in the cottage for streaming. (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+, sports channels)

We have high-speed Internet/WiFi throughout the cabin for all of your devices for streaming and remote working.

Guest access:
Guests will be able to access the home via a keyless entry system. Guests will have access to entire home during their stay.

Other things to note:
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$125 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover)
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.

***THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE FOR LATE CHECKOUTS THAT ARE NOT APPROVED***

We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There’s wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from Cascade Cottage.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.
