Spend your vacation time just one and a half blocks from the beach (4 minutes' walk). This rear two-bedroom cottage, back off the street, features a delightful open-concept kitchen to living room, and outdoor space for grilling and lounging, as well as free parking in private driveway.
Being just steps from the ocean, this home is updated and fully equipped with new amenities. Guests will find themselves indulging in unforgettable days full of sunshine, warm breezes, and salty air. Two beach tags, four beach chairs and umbrella are included.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet; the neighbors are friendly. Walking distance to main street, restaurants and train station.
There are two nights minimum for rental request.
One bedroom has one full mattress and the other has one bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top.

The home was clean with everything that you would need for a short stay. Loved that they had beach chairs in an umbrella and the location to the beach was terrific.The only reason I went with four stars rather than five was because it really wasn’t comfortable for relaxing at the end of a long day of fun. The one couch was very difficult to to relax with and and when we arrived, the windows were unlocked.

We had such a pleasant stay. The house was immaculate, new appliances, block and half from the boardwalk, and so comfortable. I’m already making plans to go back and stay again. Super great communication with the property owners. Kids had a great time.

Adorable house

We selected this location because of its proximity to family. It was immaculately clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Stephan was highly responsive each time we reached out. Our only problem was the heat in the house. The weather was unseasonably cold and we needed to rely on the heat. It wasn’t working and we needed to reach out to Stephan several times. He responded appropriately by first providing space heaters, and ultimately replacing the broken thermostat. We would definitely recommend Stephan’s property for some quiet time at the beach.

Stephan's home is very clean and neat, and he is an excellent host who responds promptly. The outdoor deck was an additional plus, and with convenient off-street parking. It's located in a nice neighborhood and close to the wonderful beach and boardwalk.
