Great place, super clean, good kitchen supplies, easy access to the beach. Rented for 3 nights for a music festival in Asbury Park. Would absolutely rent again.

Very clean, short walk or drive to the beach, everything was a mile or less away. The hosts were easy to reach, they gave suggestions and it was a great stay. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at this house. Plenty of bedrooms for all of us, as well as located near tons of activities. The included beach passes were terrific and it was great being able to go. The house was nice and clean as well as stocked with all the essentials. Would highly recommend and if we ever go back to NJ we would definitely rent from again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and perfect for our trip to Belmar. Peter and Antonella were wonderful hosts and made everything easy. I had one special request and they went out of their way to help accommodate me which was highly appreciated. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here!

The property is meticulously maintained. Very impressed with the amount of staple goods provided in the kitchen compared to all other places we've stayed at. As extremely hot as it was outside, the unit was quite comfortable.

Great weekend in Belmar!

Great accommodations within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in town. Joe’s, the Brewery, Bar A, the Boathouse all right there!!

Perfect Belmar stay!

We had a great experience staying at Peter's home. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a nice outdoor patio. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Great gem in Lake Como!

We were supposed to stay in the downstairs apartment but were upgraded to the 2nd floor, which was amazing. The game room and tv lounge was one of the best we have seen. Look forward to staying there again!

The fresh air from the beach as well as the fall & winter are quite enjoyable here. We are prideful for Being a host for over 25 years meeting people from all corners of the country and the world.
Cleanliness, making guests comfortable, safety & security are a priority.

i love this neighborhood because of its accessibility to all points of interest also proximity to the main street & of course the beach.
The house is accessible from many different highways and directions .
Rt 71 , Rt 195 , Rt 138 , GSP , & RT 35 -
We love all four seasons here, the Summers & Fall are our favorites.

What makes this property unique

We are elegantly renovated & updated & efficient , I love the ability to offer the opportunity to be close to the beach & Main St , but not have the confusion that may come with it . Giving our guests the opportunity to make lasting memories is our goal . A&P
